    摘要： A hat holder for effectively holding a hat in a manner and position simulating the position that the hat would take when placed on a person's head, effectively displaying the front portion of the hat and maintaining the shape of the hat without leaving any marks on the hat. The device includes a magnet that creates a magnetic bond with the ferrous part of the hat, a general hat form being additional support for maintaining the general shape of a hat, an arm that connects from the support structure to the base and a base which allows the hat to be supported from various support structures including but not limited to a vertical wall surface or the like with the orientation enabling the hat to be positioned generally in the attitude that the hat would assume when placed on a person's head.

A first wall panel has a front side, a back side, and an edge along a perimeter, where the edge includes a first vertical edge opposing a second vertical edge. A magnet is disposed along the first vertical edge. A first cleat is configured in a first recess disposed on a top portion of the back side. A bracket includes an elongate support connected to a plate having an opening adjacent to the elongate support. A piece of furniture includes first and second connection sections. Each connection section includes a slot opening to accept advancement of the elongate support, and an adjacent securement slot has a fastener, the securement slot is aligned with the opening adjacent to the elongate support when the elongate support is inserted into the slot opening. A furniture mounting system is also described.

The includes an elongate multi-surfaced structure and one or more magnets. The elongate structure includes a vertical front plate, a horizontal mount plate, and an edge surround portion. The vertical front plate provides a planar barrier to merchandized product movement. The horizontal mount plate is disposed in a generally perpendicular orientation with respect to the vertical front plate. The edge surround portion connects the lower edge of the front plate to the horizontal mount plate and defines a channel shaped to surround a front edge of shelving. The magnets of the magnetic shelving fence are fixedly coupled to the horizontal mount plate. Further, the magnets are oriented to secure the elongate multi-surfaced structure with a bottom face of metal shelving via temporary and non-destructive attachment.
