摘要: A photonic crystal surface-emitting laser includes a substrate, an n-type cladding layer, an active layer, an index matching layer and a photonic crystal structure. The n-type cladding layer is disposed over the substrate. The active layer is disposed over the n-type cladding layer. The index matching layer is disposed over the n-type cladding layer and is arranged around the active layer. The index matching layer is electrically insulating, and an effective refractive index of the index matching layer is substantially identical to an effective refractive index of the active layer. The photonic crystal structure is disposed over the active layer and the index matching layer.

摘要: A repoling driving device and a method thereof is disclosed. The repoling driving device, coupled to a piezoelectric element, includes a piezoelectric driver, a processor, and a current detector. The piezoelectric driver is coupled to the piezoelectric element. The processor is coupled to the piezoelectric driver. The processor drives the piezoelectric driver to generate a driving voltage. The piezoelectric element receives the driving voltage to generate an output current. The current detector is coupled to the piezoelectric element and the processor. The current detector receives the output current. When the output current is less than a given current, the current detector generates and transmits a repoling signal to the processor. The processor controls the piezoelectric driver to repolarize the piezoelectric element in response to the repoling signal.

摘要: A conductive module includes spaced conductive layers and connecting lines. Adjacent conductive layers are electrically connected by one connecting line. 摘要: A dual-sided imaging thin film display structure is provided, comprising a light source, a reflective polarizing element, a basing layer and a linear polarizing element. The reflective polarizing element is disposed on a front surface of the light source, the basing layer is disposed on a back surface of the light source, and the linear polarizing element is further disposed behind the basing layer. A transmission axis of the reflective polarizing element and that of the linear polarizing element are orthogonal, such that a light beam emitted from the light source passes through the reflective polarizing element to form a front image, be reflected by the reflective polarizing element, and passes through the linear polarizing element to form a back image. By employing the present invention, it achieves to provide dual-sided images and interferences between the images are suppressed to obtain superior imaging quality and resolution.

The concave mirror is disposed on the light path of the image light and configured to receive the image light reflected from the hollow hexagonal cylinder. The image display plate is configured to receive image light reflected from the concave mirror.

摘要: An electronic device includes a transparent first display panel, a second display panel and a processor electrically connected to the two panels. The first display panel is movable with respect to the second display panel. The processor is configured to switch between a plurality of display modes based on relative positioning of the two panels and to provide video signals to the two panels based on a current display mode. When the first display panel is parallel to the second display panel and faces a display area of the second display panel, the processor executes a stereoscopic display mode. When an angle between the two panels is between 0 and 180 degrees, exclusive, the processor executes an augmented reality display mode. When the display areas of the two panels are oriented away from each other, the processor executes a dual display mode.
