    摘要: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for creating a restore copy from a copy of source data in a repository having source data at different point-in-times. All the source data as of an initial point-in-time is copied to a repository. In response to completing point-in-time copies following the initial point-in-time, change information is transmitted to the repository indicating changed data in the source data that changed between the point-in-time of the point-in-time copy and a subsequent point-in-time. For each point-in-time copy, copying changed source data comprising source data indicated in the change information for the point-in-time copy as changed to the repository. A restore request is received to restore the source data as of a restore point-in-time. The source data in the repository as of the restore point-in-time is copied from the repository to a restore copy.

    摘要: A computer-implemented method for training a natural language classifier associated with a chat interface of a computer system is provided. The method may include receiving a training dataset comprising an initial set of expressions corresponding to an intent. Additional expressions corresponding to the intent may be generated, wherein the additional expressions are generated based on the initial set of expressions corresponding to the intent. The natural language classifier may be trained based on the initial set of expressions and the additional expressions corresponding to the intent. The trained natural language classifier may be implemented to determine an intent expressed by a detected query based on the initial set of expressions and the additional expressions by which the natural language classifier was trained.

    摘要: Techniques for forming uniform fin height on oxide substrates for finFET devices is provided. In one aspect, a method for forming a finFET device includes: patterning fins in a wafer; burying the fins in an oxide material; recessing the oxide material to form a recessed oxide material in between the fins; selectively forming sidewall spacers, above the recessed oxide material, alongside top portions of one or more of the fins that serve as active fins of the finFET device; converting bottom portions of the one or more fins beneath the sidewall spacers to an oxide, such that the active fins are present on the oxide; and forming gates over the active fins. A finFET device is also provided.

    摘要: A system and method for transferring data or an image. A user-selected image or user-generated text within a word processing document is received. Displayed are: a graphic object representing a web page, and a first and second destination point within the graphic object. A user mouse selection of one of the destination points within the graphic object is received, and in response, the image or selected text is copied into the web page at the selected destination point. The first destination point and first text which is adjacent to the first destination point and describes the first destination point in a transfer map are stored. The second destination point and second text which is adjacent to the second destination point and describes the second destination point in the transfer map are stored. The user-selected text is mapped to the one of the destination points in the transfer map.
