    摘要: An oil or organic solvent-absorbent is prepared by extruding a molten thermoplastic resinous polymer blend of polystyrene and polyethylene containing a foaming agent through a die having a slit aperture of 0.1 - 1.0 mm width, quenching the extrudate at the die exit to a temperature below the glass transition point of the resinous blend, drafting the extrudate at a draft ratio from the maximum draft ratio possible under the operating conditions to one-third the maximum draft ratio, laminating at least two sheets of the resulting unopened, sheet-like reticulated structure having numerous non-continuous cracks along one direction so that the direction of the cracks of each such sheet is the same, pulling the laminate in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the cracks to separate the constituent fibers from each other, and crimping the opened, sheet-like laminate either alone or together with at least one other sheet-like material; a process for removing oil or organic solvents with the absorbent product.

    摘要: An injection molding apparatus includes an injection piston that is slidable within a nozzle having a movable valve gate pin. The injection piston is movable from a retracted position to an extended position in order to force melt towards a mold cavity. A valve is located at a forward end of the piston to selectively block communication between a recess, which is provided in an outer wall of the piston adjacent the valve, and a melt chamber of the nozzle. Movement of the injection piston from the retracted position to the extended position causes the valve to close so that the predetermined volume of melt located below the valve is forced into the mold cavity, when the valve gate pin opens the mold gate.

    摘要: The heat of a heater sheath wire is both the heat that is directly transmitted to a heated nozzle main body, and the heat that is indirectly transmitted to the heated nozzle main body via a metal strip and both provide the effect of efficiently heating the heated nozzle main body and producing a significant increase in the performance. The heated nozzle for plastic injection molding according to the present invention is configured so as to have a spiral-shaped groove on its outer periphery, the heater sheath wire that is pressed into the spiral-shaped groove and the metal strip that is wound around the surface of the outer periphery of the heated nozzle main body and is welded to the heated nozzle main body.
