    Abstract: An electronic system comprising a receiver module and a mobile device, whereby the receiver module is capable of receiving data transmissions from a network of ground stations and buffering the data for future use, and whereby the receiver module provides a means for making requests for access to this buffered data, and the mobile device is capable of generating requests to the receiver module in order to access the buffered data and of displaying the data or playing the data to an operator.

    Abstract: A quick change mechanism is provided for a meter socket assembly including a base member structured to be coupled to a meter, a number of electrical bus members extending outwardly from the base member, and at least one electrical connector electrically connectable to a corresponding one of the electrical bus members. The quick change mechanism includes a foundation and a receiving portion disposed generally opposite and distal from the foundation and including a number of apertures. Each aperture receives a corresponding one of the electrical bus members. Resilient protrusions extend outwardly from the receiving portion and are operable between an undeflected position in which the resilient protrusion secures the electrical connector on such electrical bus member, and a deflected position in which the resilient protrusion is deflected away from the electrical connector in order that the electrical connector is removable from such electrical bus member.

    Abstract: A meter socket base assembly that includes a base bracket, at least one non-conductive base member, at least one lug, and at least one jaw assembly. The base bracket has a planar member with a plurality of openings, the base bracket openings defining a retaining device first component. The base member is coupled to the base bracket.     Abstract: A modular switch device includes a housing enclosing an interconnected control module, a display module and a power module. A sensor module supplying analog data signals from one of a temperature or pressure sensing element connects to the control module through a passage in the housing. A user connects his electrical wires and electrical power to the electrical assembly within the housing through an opening. The user can select between AC and DC switched output modules and the presence or absence of a 4-20 milliampere output module by plugging and unplugging same from wells provided in the housing. The manufacturer and user thus can modify the standard housing, which includes an internal electrical assembly to be a pressure or temperature switch and to provide selected output switch characteristics by applying and removing selected sensor and output modules thereto. The interconnection between the sensor module and the control module includes particular leads carrying analog data signals and serial digital information signals. The control module includes one analog to digital converter and control means in the form of a microprocessor.
