    摘要: Embodiments of the present instant disclosure relate to a puncture resistant sole for a footwear article. The puncture resistant sole includes an insole and outsole. The outsole includes a formation of cleat protrusions and first polymer composition. The cleat protrusions includes a second polymer composition and are removable. The first polymer composition and the second polymer composition each includes graphene sheets dispersed therein. The graphene sheets includes an X-ray diffraction pattern displaying no signature corresponding to graphite or graphite oxide. The insole includes a third polymer composition that includes the graphene sheets dispersed therein. The graphene sheets include an oxygen-containing functional group. The first polymer composition, second polymer composition, and/or third polymer composition includes a tensile strength of 50 lbs. per square inch or greater. The first polymer composition, second polymer composition, and/or third polymer composition comprises a thermal insulation value of at least 0.12 clo.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for making a sole structure with a knitted fabric and a sole structure. The method comprises steps of: placing a thermoplastic filling material in a knitted fabric, sealing an opening of the knitted fabric, placing the knitted fabric with the opening sealed in a mold, applying a heating temperature to melt the thermoplastic filling material of the knitted fabric, and restricting a shape of the knitted fabric via the mold to make a sole structure. The sole structure includes a compressible elastomer and a knitting texture wrapped around the compressible elastomer and fused with a surface of the compressible elastomer. The compressible elastomer is formed from the thermoplastic filling material after being melted and cooled. The knitting texture is formed from the knitted fabric and is capable of being directly observed from an appearance of the sole structure.

    摘要: A composition contains a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU-1), obtained or obtainable by reaction of an isocyanate composition (IZ) containing MDI with a polyol composition (PZ), and hollow glass microspheres. The polyol composition (PZ) contains at least one polyol (P1) selected from polytetrahydrofurans having an average molecular weight Mn in the range from 900 to 2,000 g/mol. The polyol composition (PZ) also contains a chain extender (KV1), selected from 1,2-ethandiol, 1,3-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol and 1,6-hexanediol. Ski shoes, preferably ski boots, particularly preferably the outer shell of a ski boot, can be based on such a thermoplastic polyurethane. Corresponding processes can be used for producing ski shoes.
