    摘要: A device for optimizing a data compression level when processing a Hybrid Automatic Repeat reQuest (HARQ) signal includes a combiner which receives a log likelihood ratio (LLR) signal, determines whether the LLR signal is a new or retransmitted signal, and generates a composite signal by combining the LLR signal with a related signal received and previously stored when the LLR signal is the retransmitted signal; a compression level decision unit which calculates a first compression level based on quality of a received signal, calculates a second compression level based on an available memory size, and decides a final compression level according to the first compression level and the second compression level; a compressor which compresses the LLR signal according to the final compression level; a HARQ memory which stores the compressed signal; and a decompressor which decompresses a signal read from the HARQ memory.

The method includes obtaining a motion vector in a base layer frame having a first frame rate from an input frame, obtaining a motion vector in a first enhancement layer frame having a second frame rate from the input frame, the second frame rate being greater than the first frame rate, generating a predicted motion vector by referring to a motion vector for at least one frame among base layer frames present immediately before and after the same temporal position as the first enhancement layer frame if there is no base layer frame at the same temporal position as the first enhancement layer frame, and coding a difference between the motion vector in the first enhancement layer frame and the generated predicted motion vector, and the obtained motion vector in the base layer.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a novel use of lignan compounds, which are isolated and purified from nutmeg or the aril of nutmeg for anti-wrinkle, and more particularly, the present invention relates to a novel use for anti-wrinkle of an extract of the nutmeg or an extract of the aril of the nutmeg, fragrin A, austobailignan 7, licarin E, and macelignan. The extracts and lignan compounds of the present invention have activities in suppressing collagen degradation enzyme-1 (MMP-I, matrix metalloprotei-nase-1) and formation of new collagen (type-1 procollagen), thereby having effect on inhibitng wrinkle caused by photoaging. Accordingly, the extracts and lignan compounds of the present invention may be useful for preventing or treating wrinkle caused by photoaging.
