    摘要： A portable exercise device designed to efficiently and safely exercise the gluteal, hamstring and calf muscles. The exercise device is an inclined platform with an elongated resistance band attached to both sides, providing resistance from the sides platform. An additional raised support is provided on the inclined platform, as well as resistance originating from within the platform, which optimizes the concentric and eccentric phase of every squat and lunge for maximal strength and hypertrophy of the muscles. The combination of the inclined platform with resistance from the sides and from the platform itself allows the user to conduct a variety of exercises for strengthening the muscles of the lower body.

    摘要： The floor mounted automobile protection system for a multiple car parking garage, lots or spaces comprises a cushion positioned between adjacent parking spaces of the garage or parking lot, which cushion is supported from the floor and sized to extend at least along a portion of the length of doors of cars parked in the spaces to keep the door of one car from striking the adjacent car when opened. Further, the cushion is flexible and supported from the floor in a flexible manner so as not to interfere with the exit and entry through the vehicle doors. Being floor or ground supported the present invention is useful in open or outside parking lots without any ceiling.

    摘要： Systems and methods for mounting a stent onto the balloon of a balloon catheter. In one embodiment, a kit is provided that includes two instruments, a first being a loader tool and a second being a profiler tool. The loader tool can be a handheld device that includes a handle at one end of the tool. A tube extends outwardly from the handle, and a wire extends is axially through the tube and projects outwardly from the tube. A balloon catheter can slide along the central wire until the balloon is delivered into the interior of the tube. A stent that is disposed about the periphery of the tube can be mounted onto the balloon by grasping the handle of the loader tool and pulling the handle and tube away from the catheter and stent whine the catheter and stent are maintained in a fixed relationship. To facilitate this mounting process, a profiler tube is included that allows a physician to provide the balloon with the proper profile to allow for, or to facilitate, the delivery of the balloon into the interior of the tube of the loader tool.

    摘要： Methods and compositions are disclosed for reducing non-specific binding in a binding assay for the determination of an analyte in a sample wherein one of the reagents for conducting the binding assay is an antibody reagent. The methods comprise treating the antibody reagent at a pH of about 2.0 to about 3.5. The method may further comprise treating the antibody reagent with a reducing agent in an amount sufficient to reduce non-specific binding of the antibody reagent. In some embodiments the reducing agent may be a thiol-containing reducing agent or a combination of two or more thiol-containing reducing agents.
