Abstract: A combustor includes an end cap having upstream and downstream surfaces and a cap shield surrounding the upstream and downstream surfaces. First and second sets of premixer tubes extend from the upstream surface through the downstream surface. A first fuel conduit supplies fuel to the first set of premixer tubes. A casing circumferentially surrounds the cap shield to define an annular passage, and a second fuel conduit supplies fuel through the annular passage to the second set of premixer tubes. A method for supplying fuel to a combustor includes flowing a working fluid through first and second sets of premixer tubes, flowing a first fuel into the first set of premixer tubes, and flowing a second fuel through an annular passage surrounding the end cap and into the second set of premixer tubes.

Abstract: A combustor includes an end cap having an upstream surface axially separated from a downstream surface. A cap shield circumferentially surrounds the upstream and downstream surfaces, tubes extend from the upstream surface through the downstream, and a plenum is inside the end cap. A first baffle extends radially across the plenum toward the cap shield, and a plate extends radially inside the plenum between the first baffle and the upstream surface. A method for supplying fuel to a combustor includes flowing a working fluid through tubes, flowing a fuel into a plenum between upstream and downstream surfaces, radially distributing the fuel along a first baffle, and axially flowing the fuel across a plate that extends radially inside the plenum.

Abstract: Methods and systems provide clickstream captures at a remote component, such as a video control system of a television network, by receiving user commands generated by the viewer that are sent to the remote component concurrently relative to when they are generated by the viewer. The commands are captured and then information related to these commands is stored remotely from the premises of the viewer. Additionally, the user commands may be executed remotely such as at a video control system of a television network or alternatively may be executed at the premises of the viewer such as within a set top box. Information related to these user commands continues to be stored remotely from the premises of the viewer after the user commands have been executed such that the information related to these user commands can be processed as necessary and used for various purposes.

Abstract: The present invention provides a kit and a method for assembling a mounting (1) for mounting furniture to a wall. The kit comprises a mounting part (1) having a first component (2) having a first adhesive receiving portion with double sided adhesive foam applied thereto and a second component (3) having a second receiving portion (12). The first adhesive is chosen to develop a bond very quickly to the wall. The second adhesive forms a bond more slowly but is much stronger and provides the main force for supporting the item of furniture. The first component (2) and the second component (3) are releasably mountable with respect to one another. In another aspect, the second component (3) is provided with cruciform slots (10) which can alternatively be used to fix the component to a wall using screws.

Abstract: An ink jet printhead for use in ink jet printing includes a substrate and a nozzle plate. The substrate has an oblong recessed region forming a ceiling and interior side walls of a bubble chamber. The oblong recessed region has a length dimension that is greater than its width dimension. The oblong recessed region has a first end spaced apart from a second end in the length dimension. The substrate has an ink inlet channel passing through the ceiling to form an ink inlet port near the first end of the oblong recessed region. The nozzle plate is attached to the substrate to form a floor of the bubble chamber. The nozzle plate has an ink jet nozzle passing through the nozzle plate. The ink jet nozzle is positioned in fluid communication with the bubble chamber at a location near the second end of the recessed region.

Abstract: Methods and systems provide clickstream captures at both local and remote components by receiving user commands generated by the viewer locally where at least some of those commands are then sent to the remote component concurrently relative to when they are generated by the viewer. Commands may be captured and stored locally while the commands that are sent to the remote component are captured and then stored remotely from the premises of the viewer. Additionally, the user commands may be executed locally such as at a viewer appliance and/or remotely such as at a video control system of a television network. Information related to these user commands continues to be stored locally and/or remotely from the premises of the viewer after the user commands have been executed. Thus, the information related to these user commands can be processed as necessary and used for various purposes.
