An illuminated purse assembly includes a purse for carrying objects. A set of first light emitters is each positioned within an interior of the purse to illuminate the interior of the purse. A set of second light emitters is each positioned within an interior of the purse to illuminate the interior of the purse. A light sensor is positioned within the purse to sense light when the purse is opened. The light sensor turns on each of the first and second light emitters when the light sensor senses light. An electronic timer is coupled to the purse and the electronic timer counts down an operation duration of time when the light sensor senses light. Each of the first and second light emitters is turned off when the operation duration of time elapses.

The present invention provides a method of mitigating a symptom of maladaptive substance use in a subject by inhibiting CCKB receptors. In addition, the invention provides a variety of prescreening and screening methods aimed at identifying agents that modulate a symptom of maladaptive substance use. Methods of the invention can involve assaying test agent binding to CCKB receptors. Alternatively, test agents can be screened for their ability to alter the level of CCKB receptor polypeptides, polynucleotides, or function. Finally, the invention also provides a diagnostic method that entails measuring one or more of these levels and determining risk for maladaptive substance use based on comparison to the corresponding level for a control population.

Identification information related to the customer is accessed. Background information on the customer is retrieved from a storage facility. Task and attitude information about the customer is gathered. A model of the customer is created. Models for at least two agents are created. A performance optimizing calculation is performed that matches the customer model and the models for the at least two agents. A best match agent from the at least two agents is determined based on the matching. The customer request is routed to the best match agent.
