    摘要: An optical sheet includes a base film in which light is incident from a lower side, a plurality of prism patterns and a diffusion member. The prism patterns are protruded to be spaced apart from each other on the base film to enhance the front luminance of light incident from the lower side of the base film. The diffusion member is disposed between prism patterns to have a diffusion surface in parallel with the base film. The diffusion member includes a plurality of diffusion dots capable of enhancing the luminance uniformity of light incident from the lower side of the base film. Thus, front luminance and luminance uniformity may be enhanced due to a juxtaposition of the prism patterns and the diffusion portion, and the viewing angle of the LCD device may be enhanced.

    摘要: In a system and method of transferring signals between a media access controller (MAC) and a physical layer (PHY) the signals are transferred on an interface that includes a parallel data bus for the transmission of data signals in parallel between the MAC and the PHY. At the MAC, a PHY register transaction is initiated, by providing, at the MAC, a PHY register address in parallel on the parallel data bus and a control signal on a serial control signal line to request the PHY register transaction, the PHY register transaction comprising one of a PHY register write operation and a PHY register read operation. In the event the control signal requests a PHY register write operation, the MAC next provides PHY register data signals in parallel on the parallel data bus to program a PHY register having the PHY register address. In the event the control signal requests a PHY register read operation, the PHY next provides PHY register data signals in parallel on the parallel data bus for the PHY register having the PHY register address.

    摘要: There is disclosed an option function test apparatus of a semiconductor device including a function selecting means. The function selection means includes a fuse signal detecting section for sensing the state of fuse blowing, a pad signal detecting section for sensing the signal state on the probe pad for selecting its specification, which is consisted by incorporating extra probe chips into the existing probe card, and a global signal control section for receiving the output signals from said fuse signal detecting section and said pad signal detecting section to output different output signals based on its operation mode. Thus, the present invention can provide an outstanding effect of reducing additional test time and cost depending on the changes in function, since it allows a multifunction test of all of the specifications mounted on the on-chip in a wafer state.
