摘要: A dewpoint cooler comprises: two medium circuits coupled mutually via a heat-conducting wall, through which circuits two media can flow, wherein the second medium contains gas, which wall has heat-conducting protrusions; wherein the wall and the protrusions are covered with a hydrophilic coating which can absorb an evaporable liquid and relinquish it again through evaporation such that the wetted coating, and thereby also the heath-conducting surfaces and the protrusions, are cooled; a wetting unit for subjecting the secondary medium to wetting by the evaporable liquid by evaporating liquid from the coating such that the evaporated liquid entrained by the secondary medium extracts heat from the primary medium via the heath-conducting wall. The coating consists of a porous technical ceramic material, such as a mineral wool.

摘要: A heat exchanger (1) comprising two sets of medium through-flow channels (P,S) through which two media can flow in heat-exchanging contact; walls (2) separating the channels; heat conducting fins (3-8) arranged on both sides of each wall (2), wherein a fin on the one side of a wall is in thermal contact with a similar contact surface of a fin on the other side of this wall; wherein the wall (2) are embodied as membrane and the fins (3-8) are embodied as heat transferring strips with a general wave shape and are provided with contact surfaces connected to the walls and main planes extending between two wall.

Preferably the heat exchanger includes a series of fins (3, 106, 107) formed on the laminate (1, 11, 105) to increase heat transfer and may also include a water retaining layer (204).

A wetting (150) unit for subjecting the secondary medium to wetting by the evaporable liquid such that evaporated liquid entrained by the secondary medium extracts heat from the primary medium via the wall.
