Using, for example, a “single pane of glass” GUI view which shows all of the components (including e.g., machines (cpu and RAM), network services (load balancers, firewalls, network address translation, IP management) and storage) of their virtual data centers, provides a complete overview and a starting point for system or component management. According to embodiments, a Roles Based Access Control (RBAC) system is provided which simulates the organizational structure and workflow of a typical IT department to enable workflow management via the GUI for any component or function of a customer's virtual data center.

    摘要: A stored value card device comprises a scaled down model car having an upper body molded into a promotional object model such as a car in association with car accessory products. The model car may be a still model as well as an animated version with the assistance of an electric motor connected to the wheels and a remote controlled driving circuit installed inside the model. The model body is provided at its lower side a card dock and has a partially flat surface at its side and/or top surfaces to provide the viewers with the card identification as well as other information on the stored data. The card dock has an outer plate formed with a large rectangular opening and four perpendicular sidewalls and an inner plate in a two-tiered structure to form a pair of parallel guide slots between the two plates of the dock.

    摘要: Provided are synthetic peptides based on a native sequence of HIV gp41 HR2 except that the synthetic peptides have a plurality of amino acid replacements comprising (a) a helix-promoting amino acid, or (b) a combination of helix-promoting amino acids, and charged amino acids introduced to form ion pairs in the synthetic peptide; wherein the synthetic peptides demonstrate an unexpected, improved biological activity, as compared to a peptide having an amino acid sequence without the plurality of amino acid substitutions. Also provided are polynucleotides encoding synthetic peptide, and methods of using these synthetic peptides in inhibition of, or as compositions to inhibit, transmission of HIV to a target cell.

    摘要: Provided is an apparatus (10) for cleaning emptied refuse bins. The apparatus has a platform (14) supporting a reservoir (18) containing a cleaning fluid, a bin cleaning station (20), a pumping arrangement (22) for causing the cleaning fluid in the reservoir to flow through tubes (24 and 26) to a spray device (28) in the cleaning station, and a lifting device (16) arranged to lift and invert a refuse bin (60) to be cleaned over a chute (82). The spray device has a rotating spray head (88) with spray nozzles (98, 100) controllably positionable within the chute for cleaning the side walls of the bin. Other spray nozzles (104, 106) are used to clean the lid (84) of the bin. The chute has a slanting base (108) with a drain outlet (110) arranged for the sprayed cleaning fluid flowing off the bin and the any fluid that misses the bin to flow towards the outlet. A filter arrangement (112) filters the sprayed fluid from the outlet before entering into a sump (114).
