    摘要: The present invention relates to a canopy tent, comprising: a main body having an outer surface with a plurality of joint rings, and a hollow interior; a sliding member having an outer surface with a plurality of joint rings, and an interior with a downwardly protruding cylinder; a support pole, one end of which is hinged to the joint rings of the main body, and the other end of which is connected to a tent pole for standing the tent fabric upright, and which has a pole connection portion with a joint ring formed at the outer surface thereof; and a joint bar, one end of which is hinged to the joint ring of the sliding member, and the other end of which has one side hinged to a first connection bar hinged to the joint ring of the support pole and the other side hinged to a second connection bar hinged to the joint ring of the main body. The hollow interior of the main body is equipped with a compression spring and a spring holder. The spring holder is coupled to the lower portion of the cylinder. The cylinder of the sliding member is fitted into the hollow interior of the main body from the top of the hollow interior such that the cylinder is movable in the upward and downward directions. The canopy tent of the present invention can be set up or taken down in a rapid and convenient manner using the elastic force of the compression spring arranged in the connection device installed on top of the tent and the elastic force of tent poles connected to the support poles hinged to the connection device.

    摘要: A first interlayer dielectric is formed on a semiconductor substrate. A contact pad is formed to contact the substrate through the first interlayer dielectric.     摘要: A high-precision displacement measurement device and linear or rotational displacement measurement method using a unit displacement sensor based on a confocal theory. This device is simpler in construction, lower in cost and superior in resolution to other displacement measurement devices, and is capable of measuring a much wider area than other measurement equipment. The present device is adapted to project a spot of light from a light source on an object whose displacement is to be measured and measure a relative displacement of the object from a displacement of the projected light spot. To this end, the unit displacement sensor includes a transmission lens for transmitting a divergent beam of light emitted from the light source through a slit or pinhole with a certain size, a collimating lens for collimating the light beam transmitted through the slit or pinhole, an object lens arranged between the collimating lens and the object, a beam splitter for splitting a beam of light, reflected from the object to the transmission lens, according to a wavelength, and a photodetector for detecting a light intensity of the light beam split by the beam splitter. A piezoelectric actuator is provided to finely move the unit displacement sensor so as to always maintain optical signals detected by the photodetector at the maximum intensity.
