    摘要: An optical diffusion device applied in a backlight module includes a plate. Multiple light sources are disposed on one side of the plate. Multiple optical microstructures provided with a longer axis and a shorter axis are disposed on the plate. The longer axis of each optical microstructure is approximately arranged in parallel with a direction extending from the light source, or, in other words, the shorter axis is arranged approximately crossing the direction extending from the light source. A diffusion effect is provided to each light source through the shorter axis of the optical microstructure to increase optical radiant energy among the light sources and to eliminate the dim and dark regions among the light sources for increasing general luminance of the backlight module.

Thereby, the light beam enters into the transparent layer via the opening to increase the light efficiency. By using the diffuser layer located above the lenticular structure, the view angle can be adjusted.

    摘要: An anti-glare optical module includes a substrate unit and a thin film unit. The thin film unit is disposed on the top surface of the substrate unit. The thin film unit has a base surface that has a height relative to the top surface of the substrate unit, the thin film unit has a plurality of convex structures, each convex structure has a curvature radius, the curvature radiuses of every two adjacent convex structures are different, a plurality of lower points each formed between every two convex structures and on the base surface, and each convex structure has an upper point. Therefore, the thin film unit has a good scattering effect for reflective light, can maintain the excellent transmittance and can reduce the flicker points by the convex structures, so that using the convex structures can prevent the eyes of the user from being effected by flicker points.

    摘要: A diffusion sheet structure in the direct type backlight module with anti-UV rays function and its manufacturing method discloses a diffusion sheet in the backlight module applied to TFT-LCD TV, and plural layer of the diffusion sheet made by a method of a multi-layer co-extrusion. The diffusion sheet advocates that while producing diffusion layer, at least a ultra-violet rays absorption layer set on the surface of diffusion layer at the same time to achieve insulating ultra-violet rays directly irradiated on the diffusion sheet and to avoid yellow and pyrolysis phenomenon occurred on the diffusion sheet. These results in avoiding the deviation caused from color temperature and chromaticity coordinate of TFT-LCD TV because of yellow diffusion sheet, then to achieve the purpose of improving product quality and materials lifespan.

    摘要: A diffuser plate with higher light diffusion efficiency and brightness applied to backlight module of Liquid Crystal Display TV (LCD TV) for providing uniform light is disclosed. An optical lens with a diffusion layer is disposed on one side of the substrate. The diffusion layer is arranged above the optical lens for enhancing diffusion effect. The other side of the diffuser plate can be a plane or having a lens structure. By Lenticular lens, the homogeneity of emitted light is improved so as to reduce the amount of diffusion particles being added into the diffusion plate Therefore, the light transmission is increased and the brightness is enhanced. Meanwhile, ability of shielding lamps is considered and Moiré effect is eliminated. Moreover, the diffusion layer is co-extruded on surface of the Lenticular lens together with the substrate so that the device is easy to be produced.

    摘要: A high-brightness diffusion plate with trapezoid lens applied to a direct-type backlight module is disclosed. The high-brightness diffusion plate with trapezoid lens according to the present invention consists of a diffusion plate and a plurality of trapezoid lens disposed on at least one side of the diffusion plate for improving light efficiency and diffusion effect of the diffusion plate. By the diffusion plate with trapezoid lens, the direct-type backlight module provides better light output as well as more uniform brightness. Moreover, the diffusion plate of the present invention is used in combination with all or part of optical film. The optical film includes brightness enhancement film (BEF), an upper diffuser sheet and an lower diffuser sheet. The diffusion plate is made from plastic. By extrusion, the diffusion plate and the plurality of trapezoid lens are easily processed to form an integral. Therefore, the direct-type backlight module has better light output efficiency with lower cost.

    摘要: A structure of direct type backlight module with high uniform emitting light explores a design of lenticular lens of diffusing plate. The lenticular lens is against the central location of light source, where the light of lamp is scattered and the curvature of said lenticular lens far away light source is enlarged, then to reduce the scatter effect and achieve uniformity. The other lenticular lens also can be designed for light location and distance. Each lenticular lens is against light location, and incident light can be reflected through the angle of microstructure surface at the entrance facet, but farther location can be resulted in total refraction due to large inclined angle, and diminishing the transmission light of light source then influencing the uniformity, finally reducing total reflection of wide angle.
