摘要： The milking machine and method of cleaning the same comprises more than one teat cup with a teat cup liner and a discharge, a pulsator with a control device, and a cleaning device to clean the teat cup by supplying cleaning liquid in the teat cup, wherein the control device is configured to adjust per teat cup, during the cleaning, the flow of the cleaning liquid through the teat cup liner and the discharge by pulsation of the teat cup liner. The teat cup liner itself acts as a valve during the cleaning. This has the advantage that a separate cleaning valve in the milk line is not required, which results in a simpler and more reliable construction.

摘要： The present invention relates to a system and method of managing a group of dairy animals. More particularly, the invention relates to measuring one or more milk parameters, comparing this parameter to a criterion, and allowing an animal access to a pasture based on this comparison. The milk parameter is related to the composition of milk obtained from a dairy animal in as far as the composition is defined by at least one of the amount of protein and the energy intake of the dairy animal. The measured milk parameter is, for example, urea. Access to the pasture will be completely or partly blocked for a dairy animal having a high content of urea. This dairy animal is thus prevented from taking in an undesirably large amount of protein.

摘要： There is provided a method and system for connecting a teat cup (4) to a first teat (1) of an udder (3). In connecting, a first reference position (10) on the first teat (1) is taken for connecting, until that reference position (10) is covered by the teat cup (4), or is otherwise no longer observed. Then, a further reference position (11) on the udder is taken for tracking movements by the dairy animal. Thus the optimum reference position (10) is used for connecting, while when this optimum position is no longer available, a further reference position (11) is taken.
