摘要： A bidirectional, spring-biased gate assembly includes a pair of side frames, an elongated hinge extending therebetween, and a gate extending vertically from the hinge. In a resting position, the gate extends vertically across an open interior between the pair of side frames, providing a movable barrier suitable for deterring and/or blocking animals from passing therethrough. The gate is able to transition between the resting position, a first lowered position perpendicular to the resting position, and a second lowered position perpendicular to the resting position in the opposite direction of the first lowered position. The gate assembly further comprises a plurality of springs extending between one of the side frames and the gate and are adapted to return the gate to the resting position from either the first lowered position or the second lowered position.

One of the plurality of members includes a first member having a frame structure and door assembly formed by a plurality of interconnected horizontal and vertical wires. At least two of the horizontal wires of the frame structure form a hook positioned inside the defined opening. The door assembly is coupled to the frame and moves between an open and close positions. The door assembly includes a first door and a second door removably coupled to one another. The enclosure also includes a latch assembly for releasing the door assembly from the frame structure. In the close position, at least one horizontal wire of the first door and at least one horizontal wire of the second door are coupled to the hooks formed by the at least two horizontal wires of the frame structure.

摘要： A generally hollow plastic molded pen front provides multiple operating positions of the door having sets of interdigitating hinge knuckles on the door and door jamb on both the left and right side. The door also may be swung in or out, and one or more stops can be provided for any of four configurations—left hinged swing in; left hinged swing out; right hinged swing in; right hinged swing out. With the stops removed, the door may be swung both in and out. In one embodiment a J-shaped latching rod secures both the upper and lower portions of the door when latched and a J-shaped hinge rod cooperates on the other side and can use some of the same holes as the latching rod. In another embodiment, a pivoting handle works to secure the door in a catch channel for all six configurations. Other integrated features provide a choice of feed opening sizes and a guard that minimizes feed and water contamination.

摘要： A dual axes swivel connector for connecting various panels to assemble a pet enclosure is disclosed. The dual axes swivel connector allows panels of the enclosure to be reliably pivoted with respect to each other. The dual axes swivel connector may comprise first and second parts. The first part may be fabricated from a flexible material compared to the second part, whereas the second part may be fabricated from a more rigid material compared to the first part. The flexibility of the first part allows the first part to have a tighter fit with the wire rods. The second part has a looser fit with the wire rods but the rigidity of the second part compensates for the looser fit. When the first and second parts are interlocked, they create a tight fit which can reliably provide a hinge between the panels.

The pedal device includes a pair of pedals on the both sides of the gate, and a push-up member that is linked to the pair of pedals. The push-up member includes a push-up surface that tilts when the pedal is operated. The push-up surface tilts so that the push-up surface moves upward and comes in contact with the gate on the side closer to the pedal that has been operated, and applies a push-up force and a rotation force to the gate.
