摘要: Active millimeter-wave imaging systems can include an antenna apparatus configured to transmit toward and receive from a subject in a subject position, electromagnetic radiation. A controller can include a transceiver configured to operate the antenna apparatus and produce an output representative of the received radiation, and a processor adapted to convert the transceiver output into image data representative of an image of the subject. The antenna apparatus may move in a partial or continuous loop around the subject, toward or away from the subject, or in an opposite direction to an associated antenna apparatus. Antenna units in the antenna apparatus may be oriented at different angular positions along an array. Antenna arrays may also be formed of a plurality of array segments, and a group of arrays may be combined to form an antenna apparatus.

摘要: A pyrolyzer has a heated inner housing that includes first and second conveyors. Preferred conveyors have independent or at least potentially independent flows of material to be pyrolyzed. All suitable conveyors are contemplated, including especially screw conveyors, or combination of screw and paddle conveyors. Both first and second conveyors can be disposed within a common lumen, with a partial divider between them. An alternative divider is also contemplated that more or less divides the inner housing into two lumens. Thus, the lumens can be entirely distinct, or can have cross-flow of gases and/or material being pyrolyzed. Heat transfer fins can be advantageously attached, extend from, or be otherwise coupled to the inner housing to assist in transfer of heat into the lumen(s) of the inner housing.

摘要: Devices for holding beverage containers that can be used inside a vehicle or attached to a structure. In one example, a cup holder device for use in a vehicle may include an upper portion having a bottom surface, a peripheral rim offset from the bottom surface, and a side surface connecting the peripheral rim to the bottom surface. The peripheral rim defines an opening that is configured to receive a cup in the upper portion. A lower portion is coupled to the upper portion. The lower portion is configured to fit into a gap of an interior vehicle door, the impression typically formed by at least a first inside wall, a second inside wall, and an inside bottom surface. The lower portion may include a molded form configured to fit inside the impression of an interior vehicle door, or a spring-biased connector to attach to the impression.
