Flow establishing devices can be used to set the body of polluted gaseous substance in motion through the pollutant capturing component. The pollutant capturer and mobilizer may also be mounted on any type of vehicles, with or without using flow establishing devices.

    摘要: Disclosed is a renewable energy extraction device and methods for producing renewable energy from flowing air or water. The renewable energy extraction device captures a relatively large amount of flowing water or atmospheric air and increases speed of the captured water or air by decreasing flow cross sectional area in the flow direction. An energy extraction component is used to extract energy of the high-speed water or air and convert it to rotational mechanical energy on a power shaft. A rotation direction control mechanism is used to make the power shaft always rotate in one direction, without coming to a stop, for ocean applications. The mechanical energy of the power shaft is transmitted to an electric generator, pump, compressor, or any other rotary equipment. After extraction of its energy, the captured air or water is released to its original source at a downstream location.

The first and second sets of balloons are between the compression component and the base compartment, and the third set of balloons is between the compression component and the cover.

The artificial lung comprises an electrically actuated three-way valve, a casing containing parallel loops of oxygenator tubes for oxygenation of blood by an atmosphere of circulating air, and an air circulation driving fan powered by an energizing system. As a safety factor in the event of leakage in the casing, a check valve is inserted in an effluent blood duct from the casing to the aerated effluent blood. Two artificial lungs can be utilized internally as left and right lungs.
