摘要： A method for dual water scrubbing and an in-line dual water scrubber for gas cleaning onboard a vessel are disclosed. The in-line dual water scrubber includes a vertical extended body, a gas inlet, and a gas outlet. The gas inlet is underlying in the lower section of the extended body and the gas outlet is overlying in the upper section of the extended body. A first underlying scrubbing section, and a second scrubbing section in an upper section of the extended body are provided. One or more liquid collectors are arranged above one or more first scrubbing liquid sprayers. The liquid collector is arranged for collecting one or more second scrubbing liquid and for flow through of a vertical upwards flowing gas-flow from the inlet to the outlet.

摘要： Provided is a cardboard conversion line including a wet cyclone dust collector for removing dust laden air from the conversion line. The wet cyclone dust collector has a swirl chamber in which air containing particles swirls in a rotational direction and a plurality of circumferentially spaced nozzles located within the swirl chamber to direct a spray of fluid within the swirl chamber in the rotational direction to wet the air containing particles, and the wetted particles are separated from the air in the swirl chamber. In this way, a system may be provided to clean high volumes of air containing particles without having to provide an explosion vent and without having to provide additional fans, motors, and compressed air.

摘要： A spray system for dust control on a shearer machine that operates laterally with respect to a mining floor surface is provided where the spray system is provided with a set of first ranging arm sprays mounted on a first ranging arm and wherein said first ranging arm is located on a first end of a shearer machine chassis. A set of second ranging arm sprays is optionally provided and is mounted on the upper side of the first ranging arm and resides approximate to and in operational relationship to the set of first ranging arm sprays. Furthermore, a plurality of chassis spray sets may also be optionally provided and are located on a mining side of said shearer machine chassis and reside in a non-linear format. Moreover, a set of shearer-clearer venturi arm sprays may also optionally be provided and is mounted on a shearer-clearer venturi arm that resides as an angular extension of the set of first shearer-clearer arm sprays.

摘要： A flux recovery device that recovers a flux component from a gaseous mixture. The flux recovery device includes a first water spray unit that sprays water into a gaseous mixture containing the flux component, a separation unit that includes an introduction port for introducing the gaseous mixture into which water is sprayed from the first water spray unit, and a second water spray unit that forms a precipitation flow inside of the separation unit. The separation unit uses a swirling flow to separate the flux component from the gaseous mixture. A condensation unit cools water vapor generated in the separation unit to change the water vapor to water droplets, thereby removing the water vapor. Water vapor generated in a separation unit is cooled by a condensation unit, recovered as water droplets, and reused.
