    摘要: The rotating electrical machine of the present invention includes: a magnet holder made of a non-magnetic material, which is formed by coupling a columnar portion for retaining the permanent magnet in a circumferential direction, and an annular portion for covering each axial side surface of the permanent magnet. The magnet holder includes, on an outer diameter side of both circumferential side surfaces of the columnar portion, engaging portions which engage with respective locking portions of the magnet cover, and includes, on an inner diameter side of each of both the circumferential side surfaces of the columnar portion, an extending portion extending along an inner peripheral surface of the magnet cover with a clearance (D) with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the magnet cover.

    摘要: An electro-hydraulic power steering apparatus in which a control device, a motor and a pump are integrated. The apparatus includes a first housing, a second housing, a control device surrounded by the first and second housings, a motor disposed on a side of the first housing and a pump disposed on a side of the second housing. The motor includes a rotor, a stator and a frame. The rotor has a first bearing supported by the first housing. The frame includes an inner circumferential face into which a stator core is press fitted and receives a second bearing of the rotor. The frame is secured to the first housing by a first clamp screw. The first housing and the second housing are secured by a second clamp screw. The first and second clamp screws are tightened from the hand of the frame.

A stator coil is installed as a concentrated winding in the stator core. A rotor is rotatably disposed inside the stator and 2n permanent magnets are disposed at a predetermined pitch in a circumferential direction on an outer peripheral portion of a shaft. The stator core is constructed such that a slot opening (d) and a slot pitch (p) at an inner circumferential surface of the stator core satisfy an expression 0.1≦d/p≦0.3.

    摘要: A precursor for a Nb3Sn superconductor wire to be manufactured by the internal diffusion method. The precursor includes Nb-based single core wires, Sn-based single core wires, and a cylindrical diffusion barrier made of Ta or Nb. Each Nb-based single core wire includes a Nb-based core coated with a Cu-based coating made of a Cu-based matrix. Each Sn-based single core wire includes a Sn-based core coated with a Cu-based coating made of a Cu-based matrix. The Nb-based single core wires and the Sn-based single core wires are regularly disposed in the diffusion barrier. The Nb-based single core wires includes at least two kinds of Nb-based single core wires having different Cu/Nb ratios and the Cu/Nb ratio is a cross sectional area ratio of the Cu-based coating to the Nb-based core.

By the heating of the wire rod, a Cu—Sn alloy is produced from the Sn and the Cu, concurrently with the Nb3Sn produced from the Sn and the Nb.

    摘要: A control apparatus for a three-phase brushless motor, in which a control circuit includes time interval calculation means (133 in FIG. 4). The time interval calculation means (133) is endowed with at least one time interval calculation mode. In the time interval calculation mode, pluralities of time intervals which correspond to an addition section obtained by adding up two or more Q continuous sections are calculated on the basis of two position detection signals which lie at both the ends of the addition section, among position detection signals successively generated. The control circuit determines pluralities of energization switching timings on the basis of the pluralities of time intervals. The control apparatus for the three-phase brushless motor can decrease the deviations of the energization switching timings attributed to the errors of the mounting positions of position sensors or to the errors of the magnetized positions of a rotor, without requiring any complicated adjustment.

    摘要: A control apparatus for a three-phase brushless motor, in which a control circuit includes time interval calculation means (133 in FIG. 4). The time interval calculation means (133) is endowed with at least one time interval calculation mode.
