    摘要: In an automatic transmission, a lip portion of an oil seal can be prevented from riding up reliably when an impeller hub is inserted into the oil seal so as to be attached thereto, even when the lip portion is provided with a tightening margin. The impeller hub is attached to the oil seal from the lip portion side of the oil seal, with an end portion thereof in which a notch is formed. The impeller hub has a first chamfer portion formed in a bottom portion outer peripheral edge portion of the notch as an inclined surface that decreases radially in an axial direction of the impeller hub toward the end portion of the impeller hub, and an axial distance of the first chamfer portion from the bottom portion outer peripheral edge portion increases from both end sides of a circumferential direction of the notch toward a circumferential direction central portion of the notch.

    摘要: The present invention provides a linear motor driven elevator apparatus which enables a decrease in the thrust variation at the passage of primary windings of a linear induction motor loaded on a car or a balance weight through joints of secondary conductors and which can prevent an unpleasant impression from being given to the passengers.In the elevator apparatus, each of the connections of the secondary conductor members of the linear induction motor serving as a drive source for vertically driving an elevator car has a structure in which each of the secondary conductor members is notched to about half of the thickness thereof, and the notch portions are superposed. The length of each of the notch portions is set to a value greater than the pole pitch of the primary windings of the linear induction motor, and the set heights of the joints are different from each other.

    摘要: An apparatus for machining a non-circular workpiece, wherein the profile data of plural sections of the workpiece stored in the profile data storage means are transformed into the frequency functions of 1 to n degree which is a function of the rotary angular velocity of the workpiece. The calculation means finds the amplitudes and the phases of each degree of the frequency function of each of plural intermediate sections by means of the interpolation according to the position between selected two sections based on the frequency functions of the selected two sections so as to obtain high frequency functions and low frequency functions which are then converted to high frequency and low frequency profile data. The machining apparatus actuates a linear motor in accordance with the high frequency profile data and actuates a PZT actuator in accordance with the low frequency profile data. The actuations of these actuators are accomplished in a synchronized relationship with the rotation of the workpiece to machine the workpiece into a non-circular shape whose sectional shape changes with respect to its axial position.

    摘要: A feed mechanism is constructed with a piezoelectric actuator embedded in the front end of a square sliding shaft, which is supported by hydrostatic guide surfaces formed on a guide base for sliding motion in the axial direction. A cooling jacket having a helical channel on its outside surface is provided at the periphery of the piezoelectric actuator. A part of pressurized fluid fed to the hydrostatic guide surfaces is led to the helical channel of the cooling jacket through a cooling oil feeding channel formed in the sliding shaft, and fluid in the helical channel is drained to a low pressure space through an oil discharging channel formed in the sliding shaft.

This first hydrostatic pressure pocket is provided with an oil supplying nozzle for supplying pressurized oil therethrough. Further, the hydrostatic supporting surface is provided with a pair of second hydrostatic pressure pockets each formed at opposite lateral ends of the hydrostatic supporting surface and extending in the sliding direction, and a pair of connecting grooves formed between the first and second hydrostatic pressure pockets for introducing the oil to the second hydrostatic pressure pockets.

The at least one sliding surface is formed with an elongate supply grove extending in the sliding direction of the slide and is also formed with a plurality of hydrostatic pressure pockets arranged in the sliding direction of the slide. The slide is formed therein with passages which respectively provide fluid communications of the hydrostatic pressure pockets with the elongate supply groove, and a plurality of throttle elements are respectively fitted in the passages at portions of the same opening to the hydrostatic pressure pockets. A supply passage connected to an oil supply is formed in the guiding member and at the guiding surface, opens to the elongate supply groove for always communicating with the elongate supply groove irrespective of the sliding position of the slide.

    摘要: In a superabrasive grain setting method, a two-dimensionally developed coordinate preparation step is taken, wherein a non-cylindrical area of a mounting surface where a tangential line to the mounting surface in a plane including the axis of the manufacturing mold crosses with the axis of a manufacturing mold is developed into a circular-arc belt-like surface, and a plurality of mounting points are set on the circular-arc belt-like surface in a grid pattern in dependence on mounting positions for superabrasive grains. Then, a rectification step is taken, wherein the grid pattern of the mounting points is rectified in predetermined angular ranges so that the mounting points do not make consecutive point lines in the circumferential direction of the circular-arc belt-like surface. A mounting step is thereafter taken of mounting the superabrasive grains on the mounting surface of the manufacturing mold based on the grid pattern rectified at the rectification step.
