摘要： An inverter module and an integrated-inverter electric compressor using the same, which can eliminate noise interference, noise leakage, and the like attributable to a smoothing capacitor accommodated therein and which can be reduced in size and weight is provided. An inverter module (11) includes a resin module case (17); a power system board (15) provided on a bottom side of the module case (17); and a control board (19) provided on an upper side of the module case (17). A smoothing capacitor (18) connected to a power supply line for the power system board (15) is incorporated into the module case (17), and the smoothing capacitor (18) is electromagnetically shielded with respect to the power system board (15) and the control board (19).

摘要： In an inverter in which noise reducing coils and a smoothing capacitor are provided on a power line to an inverter module to achieve a no-busbar configuration, simplification of the manufacturing process, reduction of the influence on the size of the inverter, enhanced noise reducing function, reduction in cost and so on, the smoothing capacitor is electrically connected, on the inverter module, to the power line in parallel with a power system board, and the noise reducing coils are connected to the power line by directly connecting output lead wires thereof to P-N terminals of the inverter module.

摘要： There is provided an inverter device that is small in size and has high durability against long-term use with vibration. A power substrate 20 is placed at a bottom portion of a box-shaped module case 11, and a control substrate 30 forms a lid of an opening in the module case 11, and thus an inverter device 10 of the present invention is modularized, thereby reducing a height of the inverter device 10. In the inverter device 10, a capacitor 22 is provided between the power substrate 20 and the control substrate 30, and the capacitor 22 is covered with a resin mold layer 12 and fixed in the module case 11. The capacitor 22 is fixed in the module case 11 by the resin mold layer 12, which provides higher durability against vibration than that by conventional fastening with a screw.
