摘要: In an inverter in which noise reducing coils and a smoothing capacitor are provided on a power line to an inverter module to achieve a no-busbar configuration, simplification of the manufacturing process, reduction of the influence on the size of the inverter, enhanced noise reducing function, reduction in cost and so on, the smoothing capacitor is electrically connected, on the inverter module, to the power line in parallel with a power system board, and the noise reducing coils are connected to the power line by directly connecting output lead wires thereof to P-N terminals of the inverter module.

摘要: An inverter-integrated electric compressor in which noise interference with an inverter circuit section due to electromagnetic noise generated from high-voltage-system components can be reliably eliminated without impairing the ease of assembly and a reduction in size. In an inverter-integrated electric compressor (1) provided with an inverter accommodating section (9) on the periphery of a housing (2) and an inverter (20) provided therein, the inverter accommodating section (9) is divided into a first accommodating section (9) accommodating an inverter module (21) equipped with a power system board on which semiconductor switching devices etc. are mounted and a CPU board on which a control and communication circuit etc. are mounted, and a second accommodating section (40) accommodating high-voltage-system components (30), such as a common-mode coil (35), a normal-mode coil (36), and a smoothing capacitor (37), provided on a high-voltage line (34) for supplying DC power from a high-voltage power supply to the inverter module (21), the accommodating sections (9) and (40) being separately provided on the periphery of the housing (2).

An electric compressor is an inverter-integrated electric compressor integrally including a compressor, an electric motor that drives the compressor, and an inverter including a temperature sensor that detects the temperature in the vicinity of a semiconductor switching device, wherein a controller estimates a discharge temperature of the compressor on the basis of a correlation of respective pressure loading characteristics for the detected temperature of the inverter, for the rotational speed of the compressor, and for the motive force of the compressor in a refrigerating cycle.

摘要: A main-bearing outer diameter of an electric motor is made smaller than a rotor outer diameter without causing a drop in production efficiency, and the ease of performing a shrink-fitting step is also enhanced by making it possible to mount a rotor to a main shaft in an early stage. A bearing journal portion (14b) of a main shaft (14) of an electric motor is formed in a shape into which an inner race (18b) of a main bearing (18) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof, and, in addition, an outer diameter of the bearing journal portion (14b) is made larger than an outer diameter of a rotor press-fitting portion (14a), whereas a bearing bore portion (5a) of a partition member (5) is formed in a shape into which an outer race (18a) can be press-fitted from both sides in the axial direction thereof. It is preferable that a space (S) into which a press-fitting tool for press-fitting the main bearing (18) can be inserted be provided between the rotor press-fitting portion (14a) of the main shaft (14) and the bearing journal portion (14b) thereof.

摘要: Provided is an integrated-inverter electric compressor with suppressed self-noise interference in an inverter unit, simplified electrical connections between an inverter circuit and a filter circuit, and fewer welded positions. A housing (2) has, on the periphery thereof, an inverter box (5) accommodating the inverter circuit (21) and a junction box (6) communicating with the inverter box (5) and accommodating a plurality of high-voltage components constituting a noise-suppression filter circuit (27). The plurality of high-voltage components accommodated in the junction box (6) are electrically connected via a busbar (33). The busbar (33) includes branched busbars (34) branched off near connections with a high-voltage component installed close to the inverter circuit (21), and the branched busbars (34) are connected to P-N terminals (25) of the inverter circuit (21) in a communicating section (12) between the junction box (6) and the inverter box (5).

摘要: An object is to provide a highly reliable vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor of an inverter-integrated type that minimizes vibration and deformation of a board and a bus bar caused by vibration of a vehicle so as to prevent devices from becoming detached, to prevent soldered sections and welded sections from rupturing, and to prevent short circuits from occurring. In a vehicle-air-conditioner electric compressor (1) in which an inverter accommodating section (11) is provided at a periphery of a housing (2) and an inverter (20) is accommodated inside the inverter accommodating section (11), a control board (26) constituting the inverter (20) is screwed to fixing-screw base surfaces (29) provided at a plurality of locations of the inverter accommodating section (11), and a base (40) that has the same height as the fixing-screw base surfaces (29) and supports the control board (26) near substantially a midpoint of a fixing-screw pitch on the control board (26) and/or near a position where a large component is disposed on the control board (26) is provided at one or more locations of the inverter accommodating section (11).
