摘要： An injection molding method and an injection mold used therefor are provided, in which a molded product free from burrs, whitening and gate marks can be obtained with a simple structure mold, and it can adequately serve the needs for multicavity molding as well. The injection molding method comprises the steps of: introducing and charging a molten resin material into a resin reservoir and a molding cavity of an injection mold, a depth of the resin reservoir being larger than a thickness of a communicating portion; and moving a cut punch, when a portion of the resin material in the resin reservoir is still molten, to push the molten resin in the resin reservoir back from a gate into a runner so that the cut punch not only closes the communicating portion but also cuts a resin solidified portion in the resin reservoir away from a resin molded product in the molding cavity at the communicating portion.

Porous membrane cartridge is manufactured by inserting the cap member and the porous membrane in a cavity of a mold for injection molding, and thereafter injecting molding material into the cavity to form the barrel member. Cap member-side weld portion has a ratio of its height (H) and its diameter (D), which is defined by H/D, to be equal to or greater than 0.07.

A molding metal mold is provided having a movable metal mold (first metal mold) and a fixed metal mold (second metal mold) defining a cavity therebetween in which a molded item is produced. The movable metal mold has a first convex taper tapering toward the fixed metal mold. The fixed metal mold has a first concave taper fittable with the first convex taper. The first convex taper and the first concave taper are arranged so that, when fitted to each other, respective taper surface abut to each other first, and then a clamping force of the movable metal mold and the fixed metal mold causes an abutting between an end surface and a bottom surface which are respective parting surfaces of the movable metal mold and the fixed metal mold around the cavity. The molding metal mold is used to produce a molded item by means of injection molding, for example.

摘要： A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner. Two flanges have a disk shape, and are secured to respective ends of the spool core, for regulating lateral edges of the roll of the photo film. A circumferential lip is disposed on each flange, is extended toward the opposite one of the flanges, wraps one of the lateral edges of an outermost turn of the photo film of the roll, and prevents the photo film from being loosened. A rim portion is disposed on an circular edge of the circumferential lip confronted with the opposite one of the flanges, to project with a bend away from the spool core. A contact face is disposed on the rim portion, and contacts the one of the lateral edges of the photo film when the photo film is unwound from the spool core or wound back about the spool core. The contact face has a contact range of 0.15-0.8 mm in contacting the one of the lateral edges of the photo film. At least one support projection projects from an axially outer face of said flange.

摘要： A photo film cassette has a spool core about which photo film is wound in a form of a roll. A cassette shell contains the spool core in a rotatable manner.
