摘要： A flexible printed circuit (FPC) (23) and a rubber contact (27), superposed on this FPC (23), are received and held in a lower casing (30) and an upper casing (40), and key tops (29a to 29g) are mounted on the upper casing (40), and can open and close respective switch contacts (23a), provided on the FPC (23), through the rubber contact (27). Those portions of an upper surface of a bottom wall (31) of the lower casing (30), opposed respectively to switch-mounting portions (43a to 43e) of the upper casing (40), are defined by flat surfaces, respectively, and electronic parts (25) are mounted in a concentrated manner on those regions of the FPC (23) disposed respectively on the flat surfaces (34) of the lower casing (30).

摘要： A standard circuit unit 20 for controlling standard electronic equipment (such as a power window drive mechanism), mounted on a door trim 10, is separate from an optional circuit unit 30 for controlling an optional electronic equipment (e.g. a power seat-adjusting mechanism) optionally mounted on the door trim. A switch circuit board 22, 32 is integrally formed in a predetermined pattern on an extension of an input/output signal conductor portion 22b, 32b of an FPC body of each of the two circuit units 20 and 30. First and second electric connectors 25 and 26, provided respectively at distal ends of the input/output signal conductor portions 22b and 32b, can be combined together with a one-touch operation, and operating signals are inputted from a door control unit via these electric connectors so as to output switch signals for effecting the on-off control of the electronic equipments. When the kind of car is changed, only the optional circuit unit 30 is easily exchangeably combined with the already-mounted standard circuit unit 20.

摘要： Circuit bodies (4) and (11) are respectively mounted on surfaces of a door trim (3) and a door panel (2). The circuit body (4) includes a circuit plate (17) and a switch holder (18) which has fixed therein an end portion of the circuit plate. The holder (18) is disposed between mount arms (39) on the door trim, and to the holder is mounted a switch unit (20) so that contact portions of the end portion of the circuit plate are registrated with keys (21) of the switch unit (20). The holder (18) has positioning pins (36) for the end portion of the circuit plate and for the switch unit (20). The circuit body (4) has a tongue-like connecting portion for connecting to a connector on the door trim (3) side. Circuits and auxiliaries on the door trim side are easily and reliably connected to circuits on the door panel side.

摘要： A circuit body (4) is received in an S-shaped configuration in a receiver (3) in a door. A protector (5) with a connector (6) is outwardly slidably provided inside the receiver (3). A circuit body fixing member (12) is provided at a front portion of the receiver (3), and a guide roller (15) is provided at a rear portion of the protector. The circuit body is wired from the fixing member (12) via the guide roller (15) into the protector and to the connector (6).Alternatively, a circuit body fixing member (12) and a guide roller (23) may be provided at a front portion of a receiver (10), the latter in such a manner as to be positioned inside the protector 27. The circuit body is held down by the guide roller (23) inside the protector.The circuit body is smoothly expanded and contracted with the opening and closing of the door.

The arm rest unit includes a connector portion corresponding to the integrated connector section, a control circuit board connected to the connector portion and to a switch section for the auxiliary components, a circuit provided in the arm rest body and connected to the control circuit board, and an optional switch connected to the circuit. In the optional switches connected to the circuit provided in the arm rest unit, software replacement of the control circuit board can change the functions of the optional switches.
