The door comprises an outer panel and an inner panel. The inner panel is composed of a main panel made of metal and a resin-molded sub panel formed integrally with the main panel. The inner panel is formed with a mount on which door functional parts to be mounted on the door are mounted. The inner panel is also formed integrally with electrically connecting means for connecting these door functional parts with each other.

    摘要: A liquid silicone resin composition as a gasket material comprising a base resin, a first crosslinking agent for causing a crosslinking reaction of the base resin, a silane coupling agent, a second crosslinking agent for forming a bond to the silane coupling agent, and a silica filler is used to form a gasket in a heat exchanger. Using this liquid silicone composition, the adhesiveness of the gasket can be enhanced while ensuring the sealing reliability of the gasket compared with conventional gaskets. Even when a resin which is difficult to adhere a silicon resin is used as a material of the tank body, the adhesive force of the gasket to the tank body can be sufficiently increased.

    摘要: A combustion control system controls combustion in a direct fuel injection spark ignition engine that maintains a constant pressure in an accumulator when fuel is not being injected. The combustion control system controls combustion when fuel injection is resumed after being temporarily stopped. The combustion control system has a target fuel pressure acquiring section that acquires a target fuel pressure based on an engine rotational speed and an engine load, an actual fuel pressure detecting section that the actual fuel pressure, a timing acquiring section, and a first timing control section. The timing acquiring section acquires the fuel injection timing and ignition timing (50 and 30 degrees BTDC) based on the rotational speed and load. The first timing control section controls the fuel injection timing and the ignition timing based on actual fuel pressure, e.g., retards the fuel injection and ignition timings to 40 and 25 degrees BTDC.

A vehicle image VI is superposed on a desired parking position P of the vehicle in the rear area image FI, and a predicted vehicle route image TR1 is generated within the predetermined area based on a steering angle and an initial position of the vehicle, while an actual vehicle route image TR2 is generated based on actual steering angles and positions of the vehicle. The vehicle image V1, the predicted vehicle route image TR1, and the actual vehicle route image TR2 are superposed on the rear area image FI. The method further has a step for obtaining a difference between the predicted vehicle route image TR1 and the actual vehicle route image TR2 and another step for noticing a steering angle correction message based on the difference.

    摘要: A medium-P/high-P type Ni--P plating coating, the hardness of which can be furthermore enhanced by heat treating, is used for plating on the surface of a sliding member. However, its wear resistance does not arrive at the desired level. In addition, although the P content of the conventional Ni--P--B electroless plating coating is lower than that of Ni--P electroless plating coating, P considerably disordered the crystallinity of Ni crystals and hence impaired the sliding characteristics. There is provided as a Ni--P--B electroless plating coating, which can eliminate the above described problems, a plating coating containing from 0.05 to 5% by weight of P and from 0.01 to 0.05% by weight of B. Furthermore, barrel polishing, shot blasting, laser-beam irradiation, high-frequency induction heating and the like are applied to the plating coating.
