摘要: Apparatus and methods for situating and securing payloads to support structures are disclosed. In one embodiment, an assembly includes a support structure, a floor assembly, and a payload assembly. The floor assembly includes a plurality of elongated engagement members coupled to the support structure, the engagement members being spaced apart and mostly parallel, each engagement member including an engagement surface. The payload assembly includes a payload component positioned proximate the floor assembly, and at least one payload support coupled to the payload component and engaged with at least some of the engagement members, the payload support being adapted to beam loads from the payload component to the floor assembly and being moveable with the payload component relative to the floor assembly.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an energy storage system comprising at least one capacitive energy storage device and a DC-voltage conversion device. The capacitive energy storage device comprises at least one metacapacitor. The output voltage of the capacitive energy storage device is the input voltage of the DC-voltage conversion device. The capacitive energy storage system is capable of being charged from a power generation system and/or an electrical grid and discharging energy to a load and/or electrical grid. The capacitive energy storage system is configurable to supply external power as an operating power in a first state in which the external power is applied and/or to supply power as the operating power in a second state in which the external power is not applied.

摘要: Processes for positioning, securing, and repositioning payload assemblies onto floor assemblies are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method includes forming a support structure having a plurality of elongated engagement members, each engagement member including an engagement surface adapted to support a load; forming an adaptable payload assembly that includes a payload member and at least one payload support coupled to the payload member, the payload support being adapted to transmit loads from the payload member to at least one engagement member, the payload support being moveable with the payload member relative to the support structure; and removeably coupling the payload support to at least one of the engagement surfaces of the engagement members. In an alternate embodiment, the engagement surfaces are at least one of approximately flush with and recessed below a lower surface of a panel supported by the support structure.

摘要: A capacitive energy storage module (CESM) is provided under a floor panel of an electric vehicle. The CESM is a pack of capacitive energy storage cells (CESCs) which are themselves one or more capacitive energy storage devices (CESDs) comprising one or more metacapacitors. The CESM is arranged between a pair of right and left side members. The CESM is provided with a CESM case. The CESM case includes a tray member and cover member. Electric components are contained in the CESM case. Beam members made of metal are attached to the tray member. Both end portions of these beam members are supported by the side members. The tray member includes a resin and insert members made of metal provided inside the resin. The insert members include metal plates arranged on the front side and rear side of the electric components.
