    摘要: A level wound coil (LWC) having a plurality of coil layers each of which has a pipe wound in alignment winding and in traverse winding. The LWC has a shift section where the pipe is shifted from the m-th coil layer to the (m+1)-th coil layer on a bottom surface thereof when the LWC is disposed on a mount surface. The shift section has the k-th shift section on inner layer side and the (k+1)-th shift section on outer layer side, where a start point of the (k+1)-th shift section does not transit, relative to a start point of the k-th shift section, to a direction reverse to a winding direction of the pipe. A length of the shift section that does not transit to the reverse direction is controlled.

    摘要: An improved small electronic apparatus such as an electronic organizer is disclosed. In the apparatus, data to be kept stored is prevented from being erroneously deleted. This apparatus comprises: a memory, a plurality of input keys; a temporary deletion element for, when a first predetermined key operation is performed, setting desired data which is stored in the memory into a temporary deletion state; a deletion element for, when a second predetermined key operation is performed, deleting the data which has been set into the temporary deletion state from the memory; and a release element for, when a third predetermined key operation is performed, releasing the temporary deletion state of the data which has been set into the temporary deletion state.

    摘要: An apparatus for operating a gaseous discharge lamp comprises a D.C. power source, a transistor inverter which is connected to the D.C. power source through a switch, provided with at least one inverter transistor and generates an output having a prescribed frequency, and a discharge lamp which is energized by an output from the transistor inverter and having a pair of electrodes heated by part of the output. The apparatus further comprises base current control means which holds the base current of the inverter transistor at a level lower than a first level during a prescribed length of time after the close of the switch, and holds the base current at the first level after the prescribed length of time. The discharge lamp has its electrodes preheated, but does not display discharge when the base current has a level lower than the first level, and commences discharge when the base current reaches the first level and thereafter continues discharge.

    摘要: An apparatus for operating a discharge lamp is disclosed in which a voltage supplied from a commercial alternating current source is fed to a feedback-controlled, saturable current transformer having a primary winding, secondary windings and control winding and to a self-excited inverter circuit having a rectifier circuit. The discharge lame is lit upon receipt of an AC output obtained through reconversion by the inverter circuit. An impedance circuit varies an impedance so as to control a current in the control winding. The current in the control winding varies in accordance with a varied impedance to vary a saturation time of the variable current transformer in the inverter circuit and hence an output of the inverter circuit.

    摘要: An output transformer for an inverter driven by a pulsating voltage obtained through the full wave rectification of a low frequency alternating current voltage is provided with an auxiliary winding, and a high frequency voltage obtained from the auxiliary winding is rectified to obtain a voltage for charging a capacitor. The voltage across the capacitor is used as an auxiliary voltage together with the pulsating voltage for driving the inverter. The circuit for charging the capacitor includes a current limiting inductor having first and second coil sections, through which the charging current flows alternately in opposite directions depending upon the polarity of the high frequency voltage.
