A plurality of load forecast engines are coupled to a load forecast interface and a relational data base that saves load forecast engine data as an input through the load forecast interface. A comprehensive operating plan is coupled to the load forecast engines and the relational database. The comprehensive operating plan is configured to integrate individual load forecasts into a composite load forecast to present a comprehensive, synchronized and harmonized load forecast. A program interface provides access to the composite load forecasting schedule.

    摘要： Nail enamel compositions, particularly of the nitrocellulose type, have added a small amount of microcrystalline cellulose powder. When the compositions are applied to the nails, the microcrystalline cellulose particles act in lieu of long thin fibers to reinforce and strengthen the enamel coating while some of the particles tend to settle into the valleys between the nail ridges to smooth out the surface of the nails. These enamel compositions can be used without prior application of a filler coat to give a smooth, glossy, reinforced finish to the nails with no fibers visible.

    摘要： Hair removal compositions useful for cosmetic, medical and other purposes comprise 90 to 99.5% corn syrup and 0.5% to 10% added water by weight. The compositions can also include additives such as germicides, preservatives and opacifiers. The compositions are used by applying them to the surface of the skin in a hairy area, pressing a sheet of paper or other fibrous material against the area and subsequently lifting the sheet of fibrous material or peeling it off the skin surface. The compositions are also useful in removing blemishes and scaly, flaky or dry skin.

A set of applications is determined and then filtered to exclude those applications which are incompatible with a particular client. The filtering is performed by determining a capability set for the client and performing an evaluation of a compatibility expression for each application using the capability set to determine whether each application is compatible with the client. The filtered set of applications is returned and may be used in user interfaces associated with an application marketplace system.

    摘要： Ointment compositions for the treatment of styes and related infectious conditions of the eyelid. The ointments contain an emollient base, including white petrolatum, mineral oil and microcrystalline wax, as well as boric acid, wheat germ oil and mercuric oxide, the concentration of boric acid in the ointment is about 2-10% by weight, as is the concentration of the wheat germ oil, while the mercuric oxide is present in a concentration of about 1-1.2% by weight. The wheat germ oil enhances the anti-bacterial potency of the mercuric oxide, and the boric acid stabilizes the mercuric oxide in the presence of the wheat germ oil to prevent discoloration of the ointment.

    摘要： An internal combustion engine has at least two exhaust ports and a valve assembly. The valve assembly has first and second connectors, first and second actuator pistons connected to their corresponding connectors, the first and second actuator pistons being disposed in first and second chambers respectively, and first and second valves connected to their corresponding connectors. The first connector, actuator piston and valve are movable together between first and second positions. The second connector, actuator piston, and valve are movable together between first and second positions. A first fluid line supplies hydraulic fluid in the first and second chambers on a first side of the first and second actuator pistons. A second fluid line supplies hydraulic fluid in the first and second chambers on a second side of the first and second actuator pistons. At least one fluid pump supplies hydraulic fluid to the first and second fluid lines.
