摘要: This invention provides a first polypeptide comprising all or a portion of the extracellular domain of ILT3, wherein the polypeptide is water-soluble and does not comprise the Fc portion of an immunoglobulin. This invention also provides a second polypeptide comprising (i) all or a portion of the extracellular domain of ILT3 operable affixed to (ii) the Fc portion of an immunoglobulin, wherein the Fc portion of the immunoglobulin comprises a function-enhancing mutation, and wherein the polypeptide is water-soluble. This invention further provides a third polypeptide comprising (i) all or a portion of the extracellular domain of ILT3 operable affixed to (ii) a transmembrane domain. This invention further provides related nucleic acids, expression vectors, host vector systems, compositions, and articles of manufacture and therapeutic and prophylactic methods using the polypeptides of the invention.

摘要: An integrated circuit includes an RF receiver has a direct-conversion down-converter and demodulator architecture with an integrated low noise amplifier (LNA) for operation in a frequency band of interest (cellular) and provisions for an off-chip LNA for operation in a second (higher) frequency band of interest (such as PCS). A baseband processor includes high-dynamic variable gain amplifiers and 7th-order elliptic low-pass filters. The IC also includes a 4 GHz PLL frequency synthesizer and a three wire series interface to external digital baseband circuits, such as a digital signal processor.

摘要: A cable is disclosed for transmitting high speed digital baseband signals together with analog RF signals between first and second components. The RF signals may be transmitted between an antenna in the first component and an RF transceiver in the second component at operating frequencies such as for example 70 MHz to 6 GHz. In order to reduce cross-talk between the digital and analog lines, the analog signal may be carried over a line including a pair of wires such as a differential signal pair. The pair of wires carrying the analog signal may include baluns at either end to enable delivery over the pair of wires. The baluns may be wideband baluns to support communication over the full range of operating frequencies. In order to further reduce cross-talk, the digital and/or analog lines may be encased within an EMI-absorbing jacket made of extruded ferrite as one example.
