摘要: Disclosed are a measurement device and a puncture device that prevent thermal loss and enable decreased cost in laser units. A laser unit (200) of a measurement device (100) is equipped with a lens barrel (210), a laser rod (220) disposed inside the lens barrel (210), a flash lamp (230) which is disposed opposite the laser rod (220) inside the lens barrel (210) and in which an inert gas is sealed inside a hard glass tube (231), and supports (241, 242, 243, 244), which are made from a material with thermal conductivity of 100 W/(mK) or more, at least parts of which are disposed outside of the lens barrel (210), and which support the circumferential surface of the hard glass tube (231) in a housing.

Since the skin is pierced by a laser beam with a low output, pain to the person can be reduced.

The piercing device has a housing (22), a laser emission device (26) being piercing means provided in the housing (22), a holding section (25) provided facing the laser emission device (26), negative pressure means (28) for applying negative pressure to a negative pressure chamber (28a) provided at the holding section (25), an electric circuit section (27) for controlling the negative pressure means (28), a first skin sensor (28b) for causing the laser emission device (26) to prepare for operation, and a timer (27k) for automatically outputting a preparation-for-piercing-is-ready signal based on an output from the first skin sensor (28b). Based on the output from the timer (27k), the laser emission device (26) being the piercing means emits a laser beam (26h) to perform piercing.

The switches 29 and 32 are controlled by the controller 35 so as to carry out a first puncture, which is performed with the capacitors 24 and 33 connected in parallel, and a second puncture, which is performed with the capacitors 24 and 33 connected in series.

摘要: A blood test device using a laser as a puncture means. More specifically, it is intended to provide a blood test device using a laser as a puncture means by which the skin can be fixed at a definite position by raising up the punctured skin under negative pressure and thus bringing it into close contact with a blood sensor and in which the laser is focused into the vicinity of the blood sensor face. Thus, it is possible to provide a blood test device of the laser puncture type whereby the skin can be surely punctured while giving little pain to a patient.
