    摘要: A lancet is pressed against a puncture needle cartridge while fitting a puncture needle loading inlet of the lancet to the axis of a puncture needle on the puncture needle cartridge. In order to facilitate the operation, one of plural puncture needles, arranged in parallel, is tilted up from its initial position at a predetermined angle, and the puncture needle is guided into a puncture needle holding rod of the lancet. Simultaneously, the puncture needle is pressed up to a position where the rear end part of the needle pushes the bottom surface of a puncture needle loading chamber of the puncture needle holding rod, whereby the puncture needle is loaded. When discarding a used puncture needle, the puncture needle is inserted into a lancet guide member of the puncture needle cartridge, whereby the puncture needle is reliably captured to be discarded.

    摘要: An arrangement comprises a puncturing instrument including a cylindrical box, a plurality of puncturing needles held in an axially serially connected state, a locking member for locking the puncturing needle cartridge at an axial predetermined position, and an elastic urging member urging the puncturing needle cartridge in one direction, and a puncturing needle replacing jig which allows the setting of a puncturing position for the puncturing needle cartridge and the discarding of used puncturing needles, in order to enter into a subsequent puncturing action after the puncturing of the puncturing needle. Thus, it is an object to provide, in an instrument for puncturing the surface of a living body, a highly safe puncturing instrument set having a plurality of puncturing needles, capable of continuous puncturing action by a simple operation.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a blood test apparatus whereby the vicinity of a site to be punctured for collecting the blood can be negatively pressurized and the negative pressurization can be conducted at an appropriate time without resorting to a special operation, thereby facilitating a blood test. More specifically speaking, a blood test apparatus which comprises: a housing having an opening: a puncture means located in the opening; a first sensing means whereby the contact of the front face of the opening with a site to be punctured is detected; a negative pressurization means whereby the inside of the opening is negatively pressurized; a blood sensor whereby the blood, that flows out from the punctured site having been punctured by the puncture means after negatively pressurizing the inside of the opening by the negative pressurization means, is collected; and a measurement circuit whereby a signal obtained from the blood sensor analyzing components in the blood is measured, wherein the negative pressurization means starts up when the first sensing means detects the contact of the front face of the opening with the site to be punctured.
