Abstract:
A multimedia system is provided. The multimedia system relates to a main frame and at least a portable display device to proceed with transmission and communication. The portable display device includes a display module to display multimedia digital data, an image decoding module to receive and send a multimedia digital data, and a peripheral control module to select and control multimedia digital data. The wireless module is through many-to-one wireless two-way transmission to receive and send digital signals delivered by the wireless module of the main frame. The main frame not only has general computer's functions but also has multifunctional uses of digital TV playing, web surfing, disk playing, wireless transmission and so on. The portable display device has characteristics of light weight and easy to carry. Through the main frame to proceed with wireless transmission, it will not be limited by wiring distance.
Abstract:
A method of fabricating an in-mold release (IMR) film is disclosed. A carrier film including a substrate and a resin layer having thereon an embossed pattern, such as wood vein pattern, on a side of the substrate is provided. A composite film is then laminated and pressed onto the carrier film to thereby transferring the embossed pattern to the composite film.

A light-emitting structure includes a shell, a light-transmissive body, a light-shading layer, a patterned layer, and a light-source module. The light-transmissive body is embedded in the shell and the light-transmissive body includes an incident surface, an emergence surface, a first reflective surface and a second reflective surface. The light-shading layer is adhered on the first reflective surface. The patterned layer is adhered on the second reflective surface, and the patterned layer is revealed at the emergence surface. The light-source module is disposed in the vicinity of the incident surface, when the light-source module emits light, the light enters the light-transmissive body from the incident surface, the light reflects to the second reflective surface from the first reflective surface. Then, the light reflects to the emergence surface from the second reflective surface before emits out of the light-transmissive body.

An electronic device includes a case, a display panel and a backlight module. The case has at least a hole. The display panel is disposed in the case to display information. The backlight module is disposed in the case as a light source of the display panel. The backlight module has at least a light emitting element, a light-guide plate and at least a light-guide tube. The light-guide plate guides the light emitted by the light emitting element to the display panel. The light-guide tube has a light input end and a light output end. The light input end is disposed at the hole of the case and is exposed outside, and the light output end is located at one side of the light-guide plate. Therefore, the light-guide tube can guide external environment light to the light-guide plate.

A handheld electronic device including a body and an image capturing module. A display is disposed on one surface of the body. The image capturing module is disposed at the body, and includes a lens and a filter unit. The lens is exposed from an opening on the body. Images captured by the lens are displayed on the display. The filter unit includes at least one first filter, one second filter, and a switch. Each of the first filter and the second filter transmits light with different wavelength. The switch is used to switch the first filter and the second filter so that one of the first filter and the second filter is on the light receiving path of the lens.

A connector module includes a female connector and a male connector. The female connector includes a female magnetic part having a jack, an anode contact disposed in the jack, and a cathode contact disposed on the female magnetic part and surrounding the jack. The male connector includes a male magnetic part corresponding to the female magnetic part, an anode plug protruded from the male magnetic part, and a cathode plug disposed on the male magnetic part having a protruding position and an invaginating position in relative to the male magnetic part. When the male magnetic part attracts the female magnetic part, the anode plug is inserted in the jack and is in electrical contact with the anode contact. The cathode plug is in electrical contact with the cathode contact and is moved from the protruding position to the invaginating position. The male connector rotates on the female connector relatively.

This invention discloses a display device. The display device includes a first panel, a second panel, and an elastic ring. The second panel is disposed over the first panel. The elastic ring includes a first portion and a second portion. An inner side of the first portion has a concave. The second portion extends from the concave of the inner side of the first portion. The elastic ring surrounds and tightly wraps outer edges of the first panel and the second panel with the concave of the inner side, and the second portion is sandwiched between the first panel and the second panel to allow a gap to be formed between the first panel and the second panel.

A portable electronic system including a body and a dock is described. The body has a waterproof first connector and a first attracting portion, wherein the first connector has a plurality of electrical terminals. The dock has a second connector and a second attracting portion, wherein the second connector has a plurality of retractable pogo pins. When the body is placed on the dock to make the first connector connected to the second connector, the magnetic force between the second attracting portion and the first attracting portion makes the electrical terminals compress the retractable pogo pins to a critical distance to achieve the electrical connection between the body and the dock.
