    摘要: A first tool set holds a wire covered with an insulation film at a bending point of the wire to protrude the wire from the first tool set. A second tool set holds the protruded portion of the wire. The second tool set is rotated about the first tool set to bend the wire along a wall of the first tool set and to form a boundary corner in the wire at the same radius of curvature as the wall. The wire is released from the second tool set and is moved to place the first tool set at another bending point while protruding from the first tool set. The second tool set is placed at the protruded portion of the wire. When the wire is bent at a predetermined number of bending points and is rounded, a stator coil formed in a corrugated shape is manufactured.

    摘要: A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core having stator teeth and slots. The stator teeth each extend radially inward and are circumferentially spaced from one another. Each of the slots is formed between one circumferentially-facing pair of the stator teeth and opens at the radially inner periphery of the stator core. Each of the stator teeth has a distal end portion that includes a slit, a base part and an oblique part. The slit is formed in a distal end surface of the stator tooth and extends axially. The base part and the oblique part are formed respectively on opposite circumferential sides of the slit. The base part extends radially inward to have a distal end surface that makes up an inner-diameter surface of the stator core. The oblique part is bent toward an adjacent slot so as to extend obliquely with respect to the base part.

    摘要: A stator includes a hollow cylindrical stator core comprised of a plurality of stator core segments, a stator coil mounted on the stator core, and an outer cylinder that is fitted on die radially outer surfaces of the stator core segments so as to fasten the stator core segments together. The stator core has a recess formed in the radially outer surface of one of the stator core segments. The outer cylinder has a slit that radially penetrates the outer cylinder to connect the radially outer and inner surfaces of the outer cylinder and an engaging portion that adjoins the slit. The engaging portion of the outer cylinder is plastically deformed radially inward into the recess of the stator core so as to abut and thereby engage with side walls of the recess which face the engaging portion.

    摘要: A first tool set holds a wire covered with an insulation film at a bending point of the wire to protrude the wire from the first tool set. A second tool set holds the protruded portion of the wire. The second tool set is rotated about the first tool set to bend the wire along a wall of the first tool set and to form a boundary corner in the wire at the same radius of curvature as the wall. The wire is released from the second tool set and is moved to place the first tool set at another bending point while protruding from the first tool set. The second tool set is placed at the protruded portion of the wire. When the wire is bent at a predetermined number of bending points and is rounded, a stator coil formed in a corrugated shape is manufactured.

The core part 3a presses a bottom portion 4b of a drawn portion 4a of a metal material 4 and is separate from a surrounding die part 3b and is provided with a space 3c at the whole outer periphery of the core part 3a. In accordance with the above configuration, swelling is suppressed at the bottom portion 4b of the drawn portion 4a and production of large wrinkles, which is a reason for folds, can be prevented by increase of pressing areas for preventing wrinkles at both sides of the drawn portion.
