摘要： An LCD device adapted to prevent a malfunction caused by an electrical current leaking through an electrostatic discharger is disclosed. The LCD device includes the floating line disposed between common line and gate lines or data lines. Electrostatic dischargers are connected between the common line and the floating line as well as between the floating line and the gate lines or the data lines. As such, the LCD device blocks the leakage current caused by the common voltage on the common line from flowing through the electrostatic dischargers. Therefore, the LCD device prevents the increase of electric current consumption and a horizontal defect.

The sheet paper comprises, from the top thereof, a coating layer on which a hemispherical embossing is repeatedly formed at the one side of the sheet paper, a colored transparent paint film layer formed at the bottom surface of the coating layer having the embossing formed thereon, a glass bead layer formed on the bottom surface of the colored transparent paint film and having glass beads dispersed therein, a colorless transparent paint film layer formed on the bottom surface of the glass bead layer, and a silver paint film layer formed on the bottom surface of the colorless transparent paint film layer, wherein the glass beads are uniformly distributed and fixed in the colored transparent paint film layer and the colorless transparent paint film layer in such a manner that the surface of each bead is embedded in both layers by a half of the bead diameter respectively.

摘要： Provided are a high-strength, high-manganese steel wire rod having excellent cold heading quality and not requiring spheroidizing and quenching-tempering treatments during manufacturing a bolt and a method of manufacturing a bolt using the steel wire rod. The method of manufacturing a steel wire rod includes heating a steel containing 12 to 25 wt % of Mn within a temperature range of 1100° C. to 1250° C., hot rolling the heated steel within a temperature range of 700° C. to 1100° C., and cooling the hot rolled steel to a temperature of 200° C. or less and cold caliber rolling or drawing to manufacture a steel wire rod.
