    摘要: An image photographing device including a lens holder including a lens group and a coil unit that generates an electromagnetic force, a housing into which the lens holder is movably inserted, including a magnet that faces the coil unit, an image sensor, and a diaphragm formed of nonmetal and attached to the housing and elastically supporting the lens holder. Accordingly, the diaphragm has a predetermined elasticity although not reducing the thickness, the lens holder can properly follow the signal of the coil unit, the image photographing device is highly producible, and the possibility that the diaphragm is plastically deformed is small. Also, the terminal of the coil unit is connected to a separate terminal unit installed outside the diaphragm, such that the material used to form the diaphragm can be selected regardless of the conductivity, and foreign materials, such as, flux, can be prevented from contaminating the inside of the device and degrading the quality of an image.

    摘要: An optical pickup actuator includes a bobbin. At least one focus coil and at least one track coil are arranged at both sides of the bobbin to secure the remaining sides of the bobbin. The optical pickup actuator can drive an optical pickup in a focus direction, a track direction, and a tilt direction. The focus coil is also used as the tilt coil. An optical pickup actuator is driven by arranging a bobbin on a base of the optical pickup actuator so as to be moved by support members, installing at least one focus and tilt coil to drive the bobbin in focus and tilt directions and at least one track coil to drive the bobbin in a track direction at opposite side surfaces of the bobbin, arranging magnets to face corresponding sides of the opposite side surfaces of the bobbin, and dividing the focus and tilt coils into at least two sets of coils and applying an input signal to each of the sets. Since driving in the focus direction and the tilt direction can be controlled together by a single coil, the number of the support members can be reduced and the defective ratio can be lowered. Accordingly, the three axes driving and the four axes driving can be stably implemented.

    摘要: An optical pickup actuator includes a bobbin. At least one focus coil and at least one track coil are arranged at both sides of the bobbin to secure the remaining sides of the bobbin. The optical pickup actuator can drive an optical pickup in a focus direction, a track direction, and a tilt direction. The focus coil is also used as the tilt coil. An optical pickup actuator is driven by arranging a bobbin on a base of the optical pickup actuator so as to be moved by support members, installing at least one focus and tilt coil to drive the bobbin in focus and tilt directions and at least one track coil to drive the bobbin in a track direction at opposite side surfaces of the bobbin, arranging magnets to face corresponding sides of the opposite side surfaces of the bobbin, and dividing the focus and tilt coils into at least two sets of coils and applying an input signal to each of the sets. Since driving in the focus direction and the tilt direction can be controlled together by a single coil, the number of the support members can be reduced and the defective ratio can be lowered. Accordingly, the three axes driving and the four axes driving can be stably implemented.

    摘要: An optical pickup having a blade including a first blade in which an objective lens is mounted and which is made of a reinforced plastics material, and a second blade in which driving coils are mounted and which is made of a magnesium alloy material. Since the first blade has a low thermal conductivity coefficient, the heat generated in the coils is prevented from being transferred to the objective lens, whereas the second blade having a high thermal conductivity coefficient radiates the heat generated by the coils to the outside. Thus, the heat distortion of the objective lens can be suppressed, and damages to the coils or rigidity reduction of the blade can be avoided.
