In the current design of sport bras, mobile phones are stored in the upper bra areas, in front of the bra pads, under armpit, and back of upper bra. The most common sports bra pockets are without zipper closure, and use gravity and other passive compression closure design function to keep items secure and from falling out of place.A challenge with these pockets, for the storage of mobile phones and other items, is that there are no operational components for keeping items fully secure from and from falling out of place during fitness and physical activities. These are not completely practical storage pockets for a wearer engaged in a upside down position of physical activity where gravity can cause items to fall out of the pocket areas. Some sports bra pocket designs do include zipper closures, however the locations of the storage pockets for mobile phones are also not completely practical for a wearer who is engaged in physical activity, such as running, and want to easily retrieve their mobile phone. In some cases, a pocket with zipper closure is located at the back of the sports bra or on a closure inside the bra. A problem with this approach is that accessibility and ease of use poses a challenge for the wearer, and is not ergonomically designed. More-over, the difficulty in the wear reaching the pocket closures could, over time, compromised the condition of the closure and pocket, rendering the method less effective. Therefore, what is clearly needed is a sports bra with a mobile phone pocket that solves the above limitations. The problem stated above is that ease of use and secure closure is desirable for a sports bra pocket that stores a mobile phone, but many of the conventional means for sport bras storing mobile phones, such storage locations and closures and do not provide ease of use operation. The inventor realized, in an inventive moment, that if during the operation of storing and retrieving a mobile phone the pocket could be in an area where a wearer of a sports bra would easily place hands would significant improve ease of use. Therefore, the inventor, after considering all of the ergonomic functions and components for a mobile phone pocket on a sports bra, found that the ideal place would be at the lower-band of the sports bra.The design would require widening the typical width of the bra lower-band, and incorporating other elements that exhibit interoperability and that could provide consistent successful use.The design call for zippered opening on one side of the pocket and a headphone chord hole opening on the opposite side of the pocket that allows a user to unzip the pocket opening, run the headphone plug through the headphone chord hole, from the opposite end, inside the pocket, plug the headphone plug into the phone then store the phone inside the zippered pocket in the widened lower-band of the sports bra. A significant improvement in operational consistency results, with no impediment to motion nor complexity of use is created.

The invention relates to PCR-based clonality studies for among others early diagnosis of lymphoproliferative disorders. Provided is a set of nucleic acid amplification primers comprising a forward primer, or a variant thereof, and a reverse primer, or a variant thereof, capable of amplifying a rearrangement selected from the group consisting of a VH-JH IGH rearrangement, a DH-JH IGH rearrangement, a VK-Jκ IGK rearrangement, a VK/intron-Kde IGK rearrangement, a Vλ-Jλ IGL rearrangement, a Vβ-Jβ TCRB rearrangement, a Dβ-Jβ TCRB rearrangement, a Vγ-Jγ TCRG rearrangement, a Vδ-Jδ TCRD rearrangement, a Dδ-Dδ TCRD rearrangement, a Dδ-Jδ TCRD rearrangement, a Vδ-Dδ TCRD rearrangement, or a translocation selected from t(11;14)(BCL1-IGH) and t(14;18)(BCL2-IGH). The primers can be used in PCR-based clonality studies for early diagnosis of lymphoproliferative disorders and detection of minimal residual disease (MRD). Also provided is a kit comprising at least one set of primers of the invention.

A process for applying a vertically cracked ceramic thermal barrier coating to a machine component includes a.) applying a plurality of layers of the ceramic thermal barrier coating on the component, utilizing a nozzle at a first distance from the component; b.) applying an additional sacrificial outer layer of the ceramic thermal barrier coating of the same chemical composition as the plurality of layers on the component, with the nozzle at a second distance from the component, greater than the first distance; and c) removing at least some of the outer layers to achieve thickness and surface roughness specifications.

A liquid removal apparatus adapted to separate liquid from a composite slurry of liquid and solids. The apparatus includes a movable, permeable membrane having opposing first and second sides. A ‘loaded belt portion’ of the second side is configured to receive the slurry. A permeable membrane support system is configured to provide movable support for the loaded belt portion and includes a transport deck located in contact with the first side of the permeable membrane below the loaded belt portion. The liquid removal apparatus has a housing with a low-pressure chamber in sealing contact with the first side of the permeable membrane. A pressure conditioning system applies a differential pressure via the housing to generate a lower pressure on the first filter belt side than on the second side. The transport deck is located within the low pressure chamber.

A method for making intelligent application and setting recommendations may include determining, by a device, a current context of a user of the device in response to the device being one of unlocked and turned-on. The method may also include determining, by the device, if the current context of the user has changed from a previous context of the user at a time when the device was one of locked and turned-off. The method may additionally include presenting a recommendation on a display of the device. The recommendation may include at least one of an application for operation on the device, options for operation of the device, and operating settings of the device, based on the current context of the user, in response to determining that the current context of the user has changed from the previous context.
