    摘要: A video surveillance system gets a first image from at least a video source, and extracts its image features. It embeds annotation information with at least the image features into the first image, and converts the embedded image into a second image without changing the image format. After having compressed and decompressed the second image, the system extracts the embedded information from the decompressed embedded stream to separate the image and the annotation information, thereby obtaining completely recovered annotation information after a recovery process and an image processing. Because the image format is not changed, the operations on the second image at the rear end of the system, such as compression and decompression, are not affected.

    摘要: A fractal code is provided. The fractal code includes a substrate and a frequency selective surface (FSS). The FSS includes a fractal configuration designed by an iterative procedure, and the fractal configuration is disposed on the substrate. The fractal configuration is formed by a plurality of fractal circle patterns. The radii of the fractal circle patterns decrease by a specified ratio so as to assume a self-similar property, thereby achieving a multi-spectrum property and generating an identification code in frequency domain (FD-ID code). The FD-ID code is applied with space-feed method, and thus a wireless signal is operated in a predetermined band with reflection or transmission radiations, thereby achieving the function of radio frequency identification.

    摘要: An image processing method and a system are provided. The image processing method of moving camera comprises the following steps. An image of a road is captured by a first camera unit. A coordinate of the image of an object shown in the image of the road is captured when the image of the object shown in the image of the road is selected. At least an aiming angle of a second camera unit is adjusted according to the coordinate to make the field-of-view of the second camera unit aligned with the object. The image of the object is captured by the second camera unit. The image of the object is enlarged.

    摘要: If an active smart node detects that an object leaves a center region of a FOV for a boundary region, the active smart node predicts a possible path of the object. When the object gets out of the FOV, the active smart node predicts the object appears in a FOV of another smart node according to the possible path and a spatial relation between cameras. The active smart node notifies another smart node to become a semi-active smart node which determines an image characteristic similarity between the object and a new object and returns to the active smart node if a condition is satisfied. The active smart node compares the returned characteristic similarity, an object discovery time at the semi-active smart node, and a distance between the active smart node and the semi-active smart node to calculate possibility.

    摘要: An apparatus having a passive wireless switch is provided. The apparatus includes a device system, a device switch, a passive wireless switch, and an antenna module. The passive wireless switch includes a microprocessor, a discrete signal-outputting unit, and a charge module. When the charge module is charged to enable the micro-processor by receiving a radio frequency wireless electric wave, the micro-processor may match an identification code contained in the RF signal with the identification code of the passive wireless switch. If the identification code contained in the RF signal is the same as the identification code of the passive wireless switch, the discrete signal-outputting unit may output a discrete signal to the device switch, so as to enable the device system. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the power consumption of the apparatus during a standby mode, so as to improve a utilization efficiency of power supply.
