Abstract: A molding set includes an upper mold and a lower mold. At least one first molding part and at least one second molding part are located on the upper and/or lower mold. The at least one first molding part and at least one second molding part have patterns defined in a surface thereof, and the at least one first molding part and at least one second molding part have different coefficients of heat isolation. By the different coefficients of heat isolation, the foam products include 3-dimentional patterns formed thereon and the 3-dimentional patterns have different levels of density change.

Abstract: A massage pad includes a body having a certain thickness, and the body includes a first face and a second face which is located opposite to the first face. The first face has multiple protrusions integrally formed thereon. Each protrusion has a root portion and a rounded portion which is integrally formed with the root portion. The root portion of each protrusion extends from the first face of the body. The diameter of each rounded portion is between 2 mm to 6 mm. The deformation rate of the rounded portion is less than that of the root portion of each protrusion so as to maintain the ball shape to provide better massage feature.

Abstract: In a foam imprinting method, a foam material and a mesh fabric material having messes are prepared; a foaming process is performed and a printing ink layer is coated onto the mesh fabric material when the foam material is not foamed completely, such that the printing ink layer is stacked onto the incompletely foamed material; the foam material, mesh fabric material, and printing ink layer are thermally pressed, and the incompletely foamed material continues its foaming to form protrusions on the meshes, and the printing ink layer is sublimated and permeated into the foam material to complete the imprint. After the mesh fabric material is torn away, a three-dimensional non-slip pattern is formed on the foam material to produce a product with the imprint pattern. The pattern and color of the printing ink layer will not fall off or peeled easily.
