Abstract: A cell preparation containing mesenchymal stem cells whose immunosuppression ability is maintained is produced by means of a serum-free or low-serum culture. A method for producing a cell preparation containing mesenchymal stem cells, comprising the steps of: (A) proliferating mesenchymal stem cells in a serum-free medium “A” containing an FGF, a PDGF, a TGF-β, an HGF, an EGF, at least one phospholipid, and at least one fatty acid; and (B) screening mesenchymal stem cells whose immunosuppression ability is maintained or improved, from the mesenchymal stem cells thus proliferated in the step (A).

Abstract translation: 通过无血清或低血清培养物产生含有维持免疫抑制能力的间充质干细胞的细胞制剂。 一种含有间充质干细胞的细胞制剂的制备方法，包括以下步骤：（A）在含有FGF，PDGF，TGF-β1，HGF，EGF的无血清培养基A中增殖间充质干细胞， 至少一种磷脂和至少一种脂肪酸; 和（B）从步骤（A）中因此增殖的间充质干细胞筛选其免疫抑制能力维持或改善的间充质干细胞。
