摘要: A warm-up control device for a vehicle includes a battery supplying electricity to a motor that drives a vehicle and can be charged with a current supplied from the exterior of the vehicle, and a heater generating heat that warms up the vehicle by the above current. The warm-up control device further includes a temperature acquisition unit acquiring a temperature of the battery, and a current distribution control unit increasing a heater supply current supplied to the heater as the temperature of the battery decreases. This can effectively utilize energy from an external power source for the charging and warming-up, thus improving the energy saving performance.

摘要: A control apparatus of an electric vehicle, which is operable to be driven by supplying electric power from a battery to an electric motor to drive the electric motor and operable to perform regeneration charge, includes: a request torque calculating unit calculating a request torque of the electric motor; a motor control unit controlling the electric motor based on the request torque; and a torque suppression unit performing a feed forward control for setting the request torque based on a rotational angular speed of the electric motor so that an integrated value of a torque and a rotational angular speed of the electric motor at time when the electric motor is driven or the regeneration charge is performed is identical to an integrated value of the torque and the rotational angular speed stored at a point of time when the battery voltage or the battery current reaches the limit level.

摘要: This invention provides a semiconductor film pressure sensor in which the pressure-sensitive resistance layers are made of an n-type polycrystalline silicon layer, and a method of manufacturing the sensor. In the semiconductor film pressure sensor of the invention, the pressure-sensitive resistance layers are formed on a diaphragm, and in addition a coarsely adjusting pattern and a finely adjusting pattern for zero point adjustment and the resistors of a temperature compensating circuit are formed on the diaphragm using the same n-type polycrystalline silicone layer. In formation of the n-type polycrystalline silicone layer, the substrate temperature is held at 500.degree. to 600.degree. C. The coarsely adjusting pattern and finely adjusting pattern for zero point adjustment, and the resistors of the temperature compensating circuit are formed in the same step as the pressure-sensitive resistance layers.
