摘要: A continuous vacuum transport system and method transport cuttings from a filtration system to a collection location. The filtration system discharges cuttings into a discharge manifold. The cuttings travel though a vacuum conduit into a vacuum hub. A control system controls holding tanks in the vacuum hub to fill one of the holding tanks while emptying one of the holding tanks. The cuttings flow from the vacuum hub through a transport conduit to a discharge end. The discharge end feeds into the connection location.

摘要: A method comprises controlling an operating pressure of a fluid from a borehole. The fluid comprises solids and entrained gas. The method further comprises removing at least a portion of the entrained gas from the fluid at an upstream location. The method further comprises removing residual entrained gas from the fluid at a downstream location. The method further comprises separating at least a portion of the solids from the fluid. The method further comprises circulating the separated fluid back to the borehole. Separating of solids occurs after the removing of entrained gases from the fluid at the downstream location.

摘要: Systems and methods recycle liquid(s) by introducing at least a portion of a first liquid from a first centrifuge into a tank. At least a portion of a second liquid is introduced from a second centrifuge into the tank. The first liquid and the second liquid are mixed together in the tank to produce a mixed liquid. At least a portion of the mixed liquid is introduced from the tank into the second centrifuge. Particles from the mixed liquid are separated using the second centrifuge, thereby producing the at least a portion of the second liquid that is introduced from the second centrifuge into the tank.
