摘要: A hybrid vehicle includes an internal combustion engine with a cylinder head, at least one outlet for exhaust gas which is formed in the cylinder head, a device for directly injecting fuel into a combustion chamber, a spark-ignition device for igniting the directly injected fuel in the combustion chamber, at least one electric drive and an exhaust gas control system which is connected downstream of the combustion chamber and has at least one catalytic converter in at least one exhaust tract. The catalytic converter which is closest to the engine in each exhaust tract is positioned in the exhaust gas control system in such a way that a length of an exhaust pipe between the outlet for exhaust gas in the cylinder head and an end face of this catalytic converter that faces the cylinder head is at least 500 mm.

摘要: An internal combustion engine drives, via a belt drive, a first and a second auxiliary unit embodied respectively as a water pump and an air-conditioning compressor and drives a starter-generator operating as a starter and as a generator depending on the operating mode. The belt drive is connected through a clutch element, which has a freewheel, to the internal combustion engine such that, when the internal combustion engine is at standstill, only the two auxiliary units, but not at the same time the internal combustion engine, are driven by the starter-generator. The clutch element which has a freewheel allows a stepless transition of the drive mode from the internal combustion engine to the starter-generator. In order to start the internal combustion engine, the clutch element is engaged only for a short time, so that the drive power of the starter-generator is transmitted to the internal combustion engine.

摘要: A hybrid drive unit (10) for a motor vehicle with an internal combustion engine (12) and at least one electric machine (14) optionally operable as a motor or as a generator, has a charge air compressor (22) for compression of combustion air supplied to the internal combustion engine (12) and a charge air cooler (32) for cooling the combustion air. The hybrid drive unit (10) has a low-temperature cooling circuit (38) carrying a liquid coolant and is designed separately from a high-temperature cooling circuit of the internal combustion engine (12) and has a heat exchanger (42) for cooling the coolant, whereby the low-temperature cooling circuit (38) includes the charge air cooler (32) and the electric machine (12) and/or electronic components (34, 36) allocated to the electric machine (14).
