Abstract: A patellar implant includes a posterior portion and an anterior portion. The posterior portion can have a first radial sidewall that extends between an outboard face and an inboard face. The outboard face can include an articulating surface. The inboard face can include one of a stem and a recess, and one of an annular central hub and an annular radial pocket. Abstract: An acetabular device includes a patient-specific acetabular alignment guide including a bone engagement surface. The bone engagement surface has a first portion configured and shaped to be conforming and complementary to an acetabular rim surface and a second portion configured and shaped to be conforming and complementary to a periacetabular area of an acetabulum of a patient. The acetabular alignment guide includes a plurality of guiding formations extending through the second portion for guiding a plurality of alignment pins therethrough. The bone engagement surface and the plurality of guiding formations are prepared from a three-dimensional model of the acetabulum of the specific patient reconstructed pre-operatively from a scan of the patient.

Abstract: An implant sleeve operable to center an implant at an implantation site. The implant sleeve includes a proximal end, a distal end, an annular sidewall, a mesh portion of the annular sidewall, and an interior area. The annular sidewall is between the proximal end and the distal end. The mesh portion defines a plurality of openings in the annular sidewall. The interior area is defined by the annular sidewall and is configured to receive a stem of the implant. A longitudinal axis of the implant sleeve extends along an axial center of the interior area. In response to force applied to the implant sleeve, the implant sleeve compresses and the mesh portion expands outward from the longitudinal axis.

Abstract: A prosthetic device for replacement of a first pelvic portion of a pelvis of a patient opposite to a second pelvic portion relative to a median plane includes an acetabular component a flange component and a pubis component. The acetabular component has a first connecting portion and a second connecting portion at an angle relative to the first connecting portion, the angle selected for a corresponding anatomy of the patient. The flange component is coupled to the first connecting portion and configured to attach to a healthy pelvic portion on a same side of the median plane from the first pelvic portion. The pubis component is connected to the second connecting portion of the acetabular component and having a clamping portion configured to attach to a healthy pubis bone on an opposite side of the median plane from the first pelvic portion.
