    摘要: A vehicle occupant protection system includes: a seat belt apparatus including a shoulder belt (11) and a lap belt (13); an upper air bag (27, 113); a lower air bag (29, 67, 73, 83); and an inflation limiting structure (37, 53, 55, 57, 75, 85) which is provided in the lower air bag and limits inflation of a part of the lower air bag in a vehicle back-and-forth direction when the lower air bag is inflated. When the vehicle collision is detected or predicted, the upper and lower air bags are inflated and vertically come into contact with each other. Further, an upper part (41, 71, 79, 91) of the inflated lower air bag positioned above the inflation limiting structure is pressed by the upper air bag and bends toward the front of the vehicle at the inflation limiting structure.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a hollow circuit substrate, of two metal sheets brazed to each other in a laminated state with a bulging hollow circuit for ed between the two metal sheets. Of the upper and lower metal sheets for forming the hollow circuit, a circuit-forming bulging portion is formed in the upper metal sheet. A flux suspension is applied by screen printing to the upper surface of the lower metal sheet so as not to overlap the circuit-forming bulging portion to form flux films. The two metal sheets are stacked on each other so as to close off the opening of the circuit-forming bulging portion and are brazed to each other. This method prevents flux from remaining in a hollow circuit of a manufactured hollow circuit substrate.

    摘要: A heat exchanger is provided in which high heat transfer efficiency has been attained by optimizing the slit array and setting an optimum range for the width of a slit and the spacing between slits. Slits 51 and 52 formed in front of the heat transfer coil 4 and slits 55 and 56 formed behind the heat transfer coil are arranged so as to provide a mutually different length among adjoining partitioned slits in the vertical direction, as well as a mutually different length between directly opposite partitioned slits in the horizontal direction. As a result, the position at which the slit is partitioned is staggered. The two slits 53 and 54 formed side by side between heat transfer coil 4 and heat transfer coil 4 are of the same length. For a 7 mm diameter heat transfer coil, the slit width relative to the diameter of the heat transfer coil ranges from 1.2/7 (approximately 0.17) to 2.0/7 (approximately 0.29), and the slit spacing relative to the diameter of the heat transfer coil ranges from 1.3/7 (approximately 0.18) to 3.5/7 (approximately 0.5).
