摘要： In a magnetic tape storage controlled by a server, three attributes, namely, “read/write,” “read only” and “protection” are provided for data to be written, and each magnetic tape is set to a mode in which multiple attributes can be handled or a mode in which only one attribute can be handled. By properly selecting an attribute and a mode, a backup state depending on the importance of data is achieved.

摘要： A fabrication method of a semiconductor integrated circuit device comprises, in an SAC process or HARC process, subjecting a semiconductor substrate to plasma etching to make contact holes in an oxide film made of a silicon oxide film formed on the semiconductor substrate. For improving the ease-in-etching property of the silicon oxide film and selectivity to a nitride film, a residence time of an etching gas within a chamber is so set as to be in a range where selectivity to an insulating film made of silicon nitride is improved by using etching conditions of a low pressure and a large flow rate of the etching gas of C5H8/O2/Ar.

摘要： Methods, systems and computer program products are provided for remote control of a processing system by receiving a generic message from a message source and extracting from the generic message a source and instructions describing the control of the remote processing system. The remote processing system is the controlled in a manner specified by the instructions extracted from the generic message so as to provide processing results. A generic message containing the processing results may then be generated and transmitted to the source of the generic message. Preferably, the generic message is an e-mail message.
