    摘要: A portable power working machine includes a drive unit disposed in a motor housing connected to a proximal end of an operating arm. The drive unit rotates a cutting blade at a distal end of the operating arm. The motor housing has an inlet and an outlet for cooling air in front and rear sections, respectively. The drive unit includes an electric motor disposed near the front end of the motor housing, a cooling fan disposed near the rear end of the motor housing and connected to an output shaft of the electric motor, and a heat sink disposed between the cooling fan and the electric motor so as to extend from the electric motor. The cooling air drawn in through the inlet by the cooling fan is guided through a gap between the drive unit and an inner surface of the motor housing and is discharged through the outlet.

The conductor is configured by compressing a plurality of surrounding wires that surround a central wire. Materials from which individual wires are formed in one embodiment are one of stainless steel, copper or copper alloy.     摘要: A portable power working machine includes a drive unit disposed in a motor housing connected to a proximal end of an operating arm. The drive unit rotates a cutting blade at a distal end of the operating arm. The motor housing has an inlet and an outlet for cooling air in front and rear sections, respectively. The drive unit includes an electric motor disposed near the front end of the motor housing, a cooling fan disposed near the rear end of the motor housing and connected to an output shaft of the electric motor, and a heat sink disposed between the cooling fan and the electric motor so as to extend from the electric motor.     摘要: A process of producing a flame-retardant silane-crosslinked olefin resin, an insulated wire, and a process of producing an insulated wire. The process includes kneading and molding a silane graft batch containing a silane-grafted olefin resin in which a silane coupling agent is graft polymerized onto an olefin resin, a flame retardant batch in which an olefin resin is mixed with a flame retardant containing metal hydroxide, a catalyst batch in which an olefin resin is mixed with a silane crosslinking catalyst, and water crosslinking the batches after kneading and molding. A mass ratio of the flame retardant batch to the silane graft batch is 60:40 to 90:10, and the catalyst batch amount is 3 to 10 part by mass with respect to 100 part by mass of a component of the silane graft and flame retardant batches. The wire is prepared by covering a conductor with the silane-crosslinked olefin resin.

    摘要: A control handle included in a bush cutter is provided. A driving controller is switched on so that the cutting blade is driven in an adjusted speed mode at a rotation speed set by a speed adjuster. The control handle includes a high-speed mode controller configured to set the rotation speed of the cutting blade to a high rotation speed, and an interlock device provided between the driving controller and the high-speed mode controller and configured to interlock the driving controller and the high-speed mode controller when the high-speed mode controller is switched on so as to move the driving controller concurrently with the high-speed mode controller. When the high-speed mode controller is switched on, the driving controller is concurrently switched on by the interlock device so that the cutting blade is driven in a high-speed mode.
