The solid conductor is configured so as to substantially maintain the shape thereof under the influence of the proper weight thereof.

    摘要: A contacting plug for contacting a contact carrier, in particular a circuit board, having two clamping claws able to be pivoted relative to each other, transversely to a plug-in direction, at least one of which is implemented as contact holder carrying at least one flexible contact element, which contact holder is implemented with a contact force for resting on the contact carrier, and a spring arrangement for generating a clamping force that is independent of the contact force. According to the invention, the spring arrangement is designed for bracing exclusively on the contacting plug for generating the clamping force.

    摘要: A fuel injector is disclosed in which at least one electrically-controlled valve is arranged within an injector body and is connected to an injector body contact which is accessible from outside the injector body by at least one solid conductor having an essentially stable form under the influence of its intrinsic weight. The at least one solid conductor is run through at least one conductor channel and at least one alignment sleeve which may be completely or partly inserted in the at least one conductor channel and forces the at least one solid conductor completely or partly to adopt a given inclination to the injector axis and hence aligns the same.

The clamping claws have at least one stop face in each case, which rest against each other in the non-contacting state of the contacting plug and thereby prevent plastic deformation of the contact element.

    摘要: A fuel injector with an injector body is disclosed which has at least two separate function units that are largely independent of one another. The function units are reversibly joined to one another by a connecting element and at least one positioning pin. The two function units can be produced and tested separately, which greatly simplifies both the production process and maintenance of the fuel injectors and lessens the vulnerability of the fuel injectors to malfunction.

    摘要: A contact plug for direct electrical contacting of contact surfaces is provided on both sides of a circuit board. The contact plug includes two flexibly interconnected contact carriers, which form, between each other, a plug receptacle for the circuit board and each have at least one contact element extending into the plug receptacle. A spring is provided whose two free spring legs engage over the two contact carriers i the insertion direction of the contact plug and bias them in the direction of each other. A control channel, which is formed between the two contact carriers nd laterally adjacent to the plug receptacle and, in cooperation with a control wedge provided on the circuit board, pivots the two contact carriers open in opposition to the action of the spring upon insertion of the circuit board. A seal seals the two contact carriers in a mating contact plug on the reverse side. The two free spring legs of the springengage over the two contact carriers in the insertion direction of the contact plug. The seal is positioned between the contact carriers and the spring midsection of the spring, the two spring legs extending through the seal and being sealed at the seal.
