    摘要: A link rod of a wiper for a motor vehicle, comprising: a cylindrical section; a pair of flat sections formed at opposite ends of the cylindrical section, respectively by crushing the opposite ends of the cylindrical section from above and below; and a pair of resinous coupling joints mounted on the flat sections, respectively; wherein a first hole having a large diameter and a second hole having a small diameter are, respectively, formed at outer and inner portions of each of the flat sections as viewed in a longitudinal direction of the cylindrical section; wherein a gap opens into an axially intermediate portion of a peripheral surface of the second hole such that interior of the cylindrical section is communicated with a mouth of the second hole through the gap; wherein each of the coupling joints includes a joint portion disposed at the first hole and seals the second hole and the gap, and a method of manufacturing the link rod.

The segment magnets of adjacent columns, which are identical in polarity, are displaced in the circumferential direction, thus forming a three-stage step-skew structure.     摘要: A method and device for removing metal fumes inside a snout in a continuous hot-dip plating plant are provided, which are capable of reliably removing metal fumes causing unplating from the snout without heating an outer wall of the snout. Heated inert gas is supplied to an inside of a snout which is formed between a continuous annealing furnace outlet and a hot-dip metal plating bath. Atmospheric temperature of the inside of the snout and temperature of an inner wall of the snout are maintained, gas having a flow rate greater than a gas supply flow rate is exhausted. A gas stream is formed which flows from the continuous annealing furnace to a surface of the hot-dip metal plating bath, which prevents quality defect from occurring caused by metal fumes generated from molten metal surface.

    摘要: A laminated core segment 30 into which a stator core is split has a core main body 31 that extends in an arc shape. On one end section of the core main body 31 there is formed a connecting section 40, and on the other end section there is formed a connecting section 41. The connecting section 40 is able to connect with the connecting section 41 of another laminated segment 30. In the connecting section 40 there is provided a protruding protrusion section 48, and the protrusion section 48 interferes with an interference section 53 on the connecting section 41 side when the stator core 30 is forced towards the direction in which the stator core is split. As a result, an assembly operation of the stator core becomes easier, and a magnetically excellent connecting structure can be obtained.
